Stayed a couple of nights in this Hotel on our recent trip to Japan and it was the best of the lot. From the moment you are greeted at reception on the 17th Floor the service you get is excellent at this hotel. The room was a good size and the 3 of us had enough room. It was very clean with a great bathroom and a wonderfully powerful shower. The supplied cotton pyjamas were so good we ended up buying a set to take away. The breakfast was very good, a standard buffet with Japanese items available as well. Plus its the only breakfast I've had where sparkling wine was available. The terrace bar is also based on the 17th floor and has a great view of the city and a good selection of Japanese whiskeys and cocktails. We had dinner one night at the steakhouse which served us with the best Wagyu beef we had in Japan. If we are in Kobe again we will stay in this hotel. The staff were very attentive and always did their best to please us and the quality of the accommodation and the food was excellent.

I made a reservation because I wanted to eat the best breakfast in the world. It was a little expensive because it was 4 consecutive holidays, but it was good to have a nice and cozy hotel with a retro atmosphere. I wasn't impressed by watching breakfast too much on TV, but it was colorful and cute, and there were strange ways to eat it that I wouldn't normally eat, so it was as expected! The rooms were clean and nice with a classic feel, probably because of the few smoking rooms specified. In a room with many pillars, I honestly thought it was small the moment I entered. Lol The view from the window was completely, and I had the impression that it was for the price as a whole .., but I think that the other rooms were probably different because I chose smoking. The service was normally polite and good.

Superb concierge and all staffs service. Truly helpful and we really appreciate the outstanding service of all the crew. Big scale hotel in Kobe. A bit date for its 30s years history of the hotel yet very clean and comfortable. Amenities and facilities are really good. Kids playground, indoor golf, gym, Japanese garden, shops, parking, restaurants, and etc. Breakfast buffet also worth the pay. Another plus point is that there is pet hotel in the area outside main building. Location is prime, just few steps to port area and BeKobe. During our stay, there is Kobe hanabi festival and the location of our hotel is the most benefit. Indoor parking with fee.

As the name suggests, you can enjoy hot springs in a corner of Kobe Port. There are hot springs that can be taken outpatient bathing on the first floor and hot springs dedicated to guests on the 10th floor. The hot spring on the first floor is surrounded by red and fresh green young leaves of azaleas, and is it azaleas in the garden pond? You can rest leisurely in the feeling of being swollen. From the 10 hot springs, you can see the sea and the sky and feel magnificent. The room is a half tatami room, probably because it is a fusion style of a hot spring inn and a hotel. Stayed in the Club suite and it was awesome! Huge room with two bedrooms, 1 with a double and 1 with 2 x super single size beds, plus a huge living room with sofa and table to sit 8 comfortably. Lovely clean room with lotsa space for my two children to run around playing hide and seek. Awesome view at level 30 too. Highly recommended!

We used the hotel for our second wedding anniversary. The welcome service hand towel smells good and makes you feel relaxed immediately. All rooms have a luxurious rococo style with an ocean view. You can spend a blissful time while enjoying the scenery that is unique to Kobe, such as　the Mosaic Ferris wheel and the Port Tower. We had dinner in the room to prevent infectious diseases.It was an impression that it was cold overall..Next time I would like to have it in the restaurant. After taking a jacuzzi bath with a view of the sea, we stayed up late relaxing on the terrace with the night breeze.When you get sleepy, you can snuggle up in the fluffy bed. Breakfast was very satisfying with lots of bread and fruit.

our previous stay was in 2015, hence we are back again. the design of the rooms was fantastic and realistic! Room space were large and practical. Along to way from the train station to the hotel, we were greeted by some local GROs - they were so KAWAII! Also,. DON DONKI is just nearby - we bought some necessities there. What's disappointing on the entrance to the hotel, was there ramp to the up and only escalator to the front desk. I only there is a elevator some corner, but there are lack of signs to show it. Next, the shower room requires through cleaning as able to spot some hairs and water marks from previous guests.

My 1 year old child and 3 family members stayed in a king bed room without meals. The king bed was perfect for 3 people. The room was large enough for my child to walk around, so it was good. The room was clean and I felt that the loungewear was of good quality. The large public bath was also beautiful and I was able to fully enjoy it. The changing and washing areas were small, so it quickly got crowded during busy hours. There was only one microwave on the top floor. I thought it would have been nice to have a little more.

It's the best for this price! I have stayed at many hotels in Japan and I can say this is the best for about 50 dollars. The hotel is at Sannomiya station and the room is clean and huge compared to many hotels in Japan. The TV is big too with large screen and YouTube Netflix channel. Staff is friendly and nice and they all have English service so don't worry about it. I will definitely stay at Brenza hotel again if I ever come to Kobe. I really recommend it to anyone who plan to visit Kobe.

I think it will be a business hotel class for a domestic hotel, but the atmosphere is like a petit hotel in Europe. The lobby and room furnishings are English and classic, somewhere cute, quiet though the land is very good, breakfast is delicious and really recommended. (But I don't want to be known too much ...) I stayed on the premier floor. The size and atmosphere seem to be the same as the standard floor, but the capsule type coffee maker in the room There is a casual difference (with a long-established cookie) and the shower head is a refa. Also, in the afternoon, I had as many homemade cakes and drinks as I liked for free in the lounge. I was grateful that I could relax from sightseeing to dinner. (The cake seems to have changed from ４ to a cookie platter.) The staff are also polite and kind, It was a very pleasant response. I also want to stay at this hotel when I stay in Kobe, and I want to go to Kobe again because I have this hotel.

I stayed at R&B Hotel Kobe Motomachi because there was a feeling of cheapness in the hotel on Saturday of the Spring Festival where the room rate is soaring. The lighting was a small room with a dark single bed (9 square meters). There is a refrigerator reading light. You can use it as a desk when you pull out the table that contains the refrigerator. I didn't notice this trick for a while. There was no baggage rack and there was no place to put my luggage, so I had to put it on the floor. There is no pot in the room, so naturally there is no instant tea or coffee, but if you ask the front desk, you can borrow an electric pot. When I received a bag with a pot at the front desk, there was a cup inside. The bathroom which became a bathtub toilet washbasin was not large or narrow, but there was a step at the entrance and exit, so I went in and out of the room with attention to fall. I did a little bit of a slack because there was no heater in the washlet toilet seat. Breakfast was a simple meal such as bread salad slack milk slack juice slack coffee. Check out is early 10 o'clock.
