"Booked to stay here for 1 night on 22 May, as part of a 3 week motorbike tour, and the booking has been cancelled today. No reason given, but looking on *******, think it is being refurbished. Would have appreciated more notice to give us time to find somewhere else."

"The location looks like a suburban area. Not far away to the train station, but inconvenient to any major attraction. Very small room will old facility. The toilet and shower are in different units which makes each of them extremely small and inconvenient. The bed is very old: a lot of noise when sitting on the bed. The front desk staffs are not friendly: we (three families) arrived in around noon but were unable to check-in: we were simply told that the check-in time is 3:00pm and we needed to wait. We requested to have 1 of our 3 rooms first for storing our luggage, but were not allowed. We went out to have lunch and came back at 2:50pm. But we were still unable to check in. The check in opened exactly at 3:00pm with many people waiting in the lines. Obviously they have rooms available but refused to provide any flexibility/convenience to the customers. Besides, the staffs' attitudes are very cold."

"There was dust in unaccessible places, but the rest was clean. The hotel is very beautiful and has a very original decor, but without strides. It is like a country house located in the entire nature on the river Mosela. It is not far from the center and the delicious walk you can take until you arrive there compensates any distance. If you look for quietness and a monacal silence to sleep, this is the right place. The room is spacious and is very well distributed. I can't comment on breakfast because I haven't used that service. I would return to that hotel without doubt."
