Transport links are very well located.
The rooms and facilities are very clean, but I think 19,000 yen per night is too expensive.

高知駅から徒歩5分ちょい。 こじんまりしてますが、近くにスーパーもあり不便はありません。 部屋はコンパクトですが、落ち着きます。 お風呂は温泉ですが、男女入れ替え制なので時間の制限があります。 なので、温泉に入りたい方は事前に時間のチェックが必要です。 朝食も種類は多くないですが、ちゃんと栄養バランスや、ご当地アイテムを意識しているので満足できます。 次回もまた滞在します。

JR高知駅から徒歩4～5分のところにあります。また、近所にスーパーもあるので買い物にも便利です。今回は、４階のお部屋（シングル）を利用させていただきました。ちょっと狭いかなあと、思いましたが、一人での利用だったので問題ありませんでした。1Fにあるお風呂場ですが、１か所しかないため、男女で利用できる時間が区切られています。また、お風呂場は洗い場が３ヵ所しかなく、浴槽も大人３人が入れば満杯です。もう少し広いお風呂場だと良いのですがね。翌朝の朝食は、朝6時30分からとなっていました。しかし、自分が着いた時（06:25AM頃）には既に15～6名が並んでおり、その列も動き始めていました。健康朝食と銘打っているだけあって、健康面に配慮された献立でした。最後に、10F建てなのに、エレベーターが1基しかないのは、いかがなものでしょうか。できれば、もう1基欲しいところですね。
