Location was perfect as it was very close to the JR station. The local food market was 15 min away. Room size was ok, not too small. Nice staff but didn't speak English. I was asked to pick a time for room cleaning. The furniture looked quite new and I could smell the renovation. The website said no WIFI in the room. Actually, it had. I thought the website had not yet been updated. The major problem was insufficient illumination.

It's located just a short walk from Kochi Station along the main road, so it's convenient for anything you want to do. The front desk staff were very polite and helpful.

It's conveniently located near Kochi Station. There's a Lawson across the street from the crosswalk, so it's convenient for shopping at night. The receptionist was very friendly and we had a pleasant stay. There were amenities (makeup, lotion, and cleansing) near the reception, which was helpful. The room and bed were spacious, and we had plenty of room for two people.

I checked in late at night and checked out early in the morning, so I only stayed there to sleep. I wanted to enjoy the hotel and the surrounding area more. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

It is close to the station, the room is not small, the disadvantage is that it is a bit old, the exhaust system of the whole building is loud, there is a certain low-frequency noise, the breakfast is simple, but the dining environment is good.

The atmosphere of the people at the reception was also good and very kind and comfortable. In addition, the two female staff at the restaurant that I used for breakfast were very kind and the food was delicious and I was very satisfied. My daughter who likes Anpanman was happy to receive an Anpanman toy. thank you very much. I was a little worried about the dust accumulated in the corner of the door of the room, but other than that, it was clean and I was able to stay with my children, so that was helpful. The elevator smelled of smoke, but I think this is a problem of the guests who stayed and not a problem of the hotel.

Everything about the hotel is satisfactory.

The location was great right next to Kochi station! The hotel itself was old but clean. It's a pity that there were almost no amenities. You can take it yourself at the front desk I wanted to put lotion etc.

房間有點少，設備齊全，但浴簾有點殘舊和污跡，感覺不太好，而其他地方是整潔的，晚上想食嘢的話可到弘人市場，收10-11點，尚算方便！
