After staying at 5 other hotels in India, it was finally Holiday Inn's turn, and my friends and I were absolutely thrilled! It's such a shame we only stayed for one night. This is a European-style hotel. The rooms are clean, and the rooftop pool on the second floor is simply magnificent. The staff are polite, and the breakfast 🥞 was a solid 100 out of 10! The variety of dishes was just superb. I really loved Kerala, and my friends and I decided we'll explore it more thoroughly next time. And of course, we'll definitely choose this hotel again ❤️🇮🇳

I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn yesterday. The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and created a really comfortable atmosphere. A special mention to Sanika, who was extremely customer-friendly and attentive throughout my stay. Her professionalism and warm approach made the experience even better. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly and attentive to our needs and requests. The suite room on the 16th floor was almost perfect. One particular staff Sanika went out of the way to address our concerns and requests.

always a good place to stay... staff are well trained with excellent services the only thing that might to improve is their morning breakfast might be good to have more intercontinental choices instead of 90% of south kerala food... can always go to YouTube and check it out some of the good Asians and intercontinental food.
