It’s Okay, we were there and n the middle of summer, and payed extra for the AC. Close to Kathakali centre and restaurants

This couple are two very nice persons, they were helpfull for all and welcome us very well.

Bernard and Sally were excellent hosts. The rooms were spacious and clean ( we both had a family room as not booked out) . Bedding was blankets, and thin towel supplied. Which was enough. Sally kindly gave us a lovely local breakfast the first day, but when its too busy its not offered. But there are plenty of places nearby that offer food. There is no resturant on site. Bernard organised us a massage , not on site but a tuk tuk away. Excellent massage. Good upstairs Terrace with tables and chairs. Only downside was the Mosquitos, but Bernard warned us to quickly shut the doors. Eventually bought a plug in insect repellent. Sally likes her plants so do the Mozzys. Bernard also suggested the local Kerala dance show called Kathakili. Which was an experience. All in all a lovely homestay, with lovely hosts.

I booked dreamcatcher ground floor owner uncle Bernard upgrade to same cost standard double bed room. very clean room & toilet, while sleeping time no disturbance come & quite, the entire dream catcher residency orchid plants and good garden view. The roof top nice, charming, & talking area and here everybody joining gate together very nicely. Owner Bernard providing very good hospitality and care. Also he arranged nice ayurveda bodymessag to relaxing and good ayurvedic hospital. Really appreciate all the service

Amazing hospitality and cleanliness was top notch. Very near to all the poi's with walkable distance. Owners were very helpful. Rooftop and garden was nice too. Orchids were delightful to watch. One can get scooty and bikes from here also. One of the best places to stay in Fort Kochi.

We booked Dreamcatcher Residency for one night for a ground floor room and the owner upgrade to standard room free of cost. The owner arranged for a seven hours day backwater and gave us good hospitality and good care for us. He will explain to us the entire cochin city route map each places he's guiding us we extended another two days.Always owner is offering cofee and gave us good hospitality and good care. We will be definitley be coming back to stay at Dreamcatcher residency Thank you Uncle Bernard and family

We booked ground floor rooms, owner, Uncle Bernard had upgraded to rooftop standard rooms free of cost, as same as ground floor room rate. Clean rooms, clean toilets and good hospitality front the owners side. And good treatment from the owners, offered us coffee and also owner arranged for us Kathakali dance show and martial arts show. This is highly recommended for all new guests.

this is our third day in dream catcher residency and beautiful garden best hospitality from owners and clean room clean toilet we took air condition room unit work well all and all have to visit this place highly recommend I rented uncle bike very reasonable rate compared to outside expensive rate thanks to owner uncle

We booked for 3 nights and we extended to 2 more day total we stayed 5 days and we enjoyed our day in dream catcher residency in home stay, Honour Bernad Uncle and his wife Sally aunty gave us good hospitality and each and each visiting places in fort kochi and Kochin city is explained gave us good map. First of all we would like to say safety for the stay and good silent sleep during the night. Clean room, clean toilet and beautiful orchid garden on the rooftop balcony. the balcony space is awesome. This is our second stay and we booked for 2 nights and we extended it to more nights. We enjoyed our stay. Uncle Bernard gave us good hospitality and good care. The rooftop roof garden was full of orchids and here nicely we can chat and talk. Good room, Clean toilet, and hygienic. Also everything is at a walkable distance. All palaces and destinations. Also owner arranged Kathakali show performance and Martial Art. On the third day he arranged for a seven hours payback water trip. It was a wonderful and peaceful cruise. The homestay is highly recommended to all new coming guests.

An a wonderful homestay and very safe stay for family . And owner bernadfernand and his wife sali aunty gave us very good hospitality and good care and surrounding and entire balcony and roof top full of orchid gardens and uncle gave us all location and all visiting places in fortcochin out of cochin and very clean room and toilet. and uncle bernad arranged kathakali dance performance highly recommends all new comming guests
