It was an amazing experience, I stop for relaxation from the south of India, and it was a real magic. The place is so beautiful, the views… And the most important the crew was so nice, smiling all the time. Taking care of you, want to make sure you have everything. Simran was wonderful from the beginning to the end. Chef and kitchen made my meals just perfect, I didn’t miss a thing. Enjoy the vacation.

We had a fantastic stay at The Carlton. Everything was just perfect. We had booked a Super Deluxe Room which had a big verandah facing the lake and the adjacent greenery and hills. As regards the service, it was just top notch! Each and every staff member was so polite, helpful and kind. Had a lovely experience with every staff member from reception, to housekeeping to everyone at the dining hall. It was a memorable stay and would highly recommend it to everyone.

The whole stay was comfortable and especially we celebrated kiss birthday joyfully. All well arranged by the staff. Hospitality at its best! This is our third time. Looking forward to have more holidays here. We came here for our honeymoon then with my first kid and now with our daughter feels like a cycle completed

We visited during the Christmas holiday and stayed in the Suite Room which was very comfortable. Each & Every Manager & Staff were Very Friendly & Supportive, everyone gave individual responses to every Guest which is a tad bit more from the other resorts (which is very great). Food is really good and everything is served at a reasonable time. The Staffs Shanmugam, Vijay, Nagaraj, Anthony and others were very Professional & Friendly. Would definitely recommend for Couple & Family Visits.

we were here again after 25 years to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. we had a great celebration from team Carlton and eas a wonderful experience. the staff celebrated our anniversary with cutting cake and decoration of table too. the food was amazing also.

Beautiful property with the most amazing staff with excellent hospitality. The chef made the most amazing food to our taste. Simran always smiling and ready to help. We came for our 25th anniversary the cyclone made it impossible for us to venture out. But the staff in the dinning area gave special surprise with a cake cutting and songs cannot thank them to make us feel special. Anthony a smiling person who made us eat to our content ...the bar was cherry on the cake and the lovely music played by Mr Mayan..Christmas feel was so beautiful...cannot thank enough the house keeping staff for our room so special. The captain and managers who took care of every need and kept asking us we were comfortable. Thank you Carlton team for the excellent experience for us

One of the most hospitable hotels I've ever been, the staff is super friendly and polite. The rooms are cozy and the view is amazing. We had our first wedding anniversary and they made it special for both of us by getting us and cake and playing some music. Hats off to the team.

Exceptional Stay at The Carlton We had a wonderful stay at The Carlton, Kodaikanal! The stunning lake views, beautiful gardens, and delicious breakfast made it truly memorable. Special thanks to the amazing staff and a heartfelt shoutout to Mr. Anand, the head of staff, for his exceptional hospitality and care. Highly recommend!
