Great location neat resort But no food or room service much

Instead of booking for 31 Mar 2025 , I have booked wrongly for 01 April 2025 then immediately rebooked to 31 Mar 2025 through makemytrip But as part of rebooking makemytrip cancelled my booking of 01 April 2025 without any refund then it booked 31 Mar 2025 separately. All this happened within few minutes, MakeMyTrip is going very strictly on the policy of no refund even though this booking was not intentional and it'a genuine human mistake. There is no easy way to contact customer care of makemytrip Tried checking with MakeMyTrip multiple times but my request for it was not considered at all. Experienced excellent stay with very good price. Staffs are very polite & friendly. Given a good brief of what all the things i can do for the time am having.

We stayed at apple valley for a short duration. The room and bathroom were neat and hygienic. The facilities in the room are good with a hot-cold water dispenser, wardrobe, sofa, reading table etc. Lots of napthalene balls though, if you are allergic to the smell, please note. The location is in the city centre. If you need access to the bus stand this is a good choice. If you are looking for a peaceful resort with good views of the valley, you must go farther from the city. The dining area looked dark and cramped, and we did not feel like trying any food there. There are good veg-only options nearby for wholesome food.

We booked one room but got another room on first day. Then we raised an issue and after multiple following they accept to change the room which we are booking on next day. The room was ok but it’s need to improve the hygiene especially when kids are around. Poor maintenance rooms and no house keeping service for 2 days also. Food is ok. But one good thing the person who is responsible for this, he is very polite and always helping with our queries. That’s why we can manage here for 3 days. Roads to reach this hotel is very tough one. Totally it’s an average stay.

Room and rj inn was neat and clean, location and car parking was also good. View of river was absolutely beautiful
