The garage costs 17 euros per day, but if you want to greet guests during the day or night, you have to pay again each time you leave, regardless of the hours you're away. Small room, poor treatment from reception staff. We won't be back.

It was a short stay in this hotel! We were on our way from a two week car trip through Hungary and went back to Amsterdam! That hotel was booked for us by foxreizen! Good hotel, neat room, not far from the center of Regensburg! Good breakfast and friendly staff!!! We would book this hotel again!

No internet in the rooms. For two days neither the towels nor the dirty glasses were changed. At breakfast, upon request, no fried eggs, no salmon for breakfast, bar and restaurant closed. The only positive thing was the size of the room.

4 star hotel, but not worth it. The restaurant and bar turned out to be closed upon arrival and we had to eat elsewhere. Brightly lit and atmospheric lobby, rather forcedly decorated with art. We had booked a junior suite and it also turned out to be tasteless and dated. And after checking out and paying the (too) high bill, we also had to pay an additional €7 per night for the parking garage. So not recommended.

Das Hansa Apart war die Endstation unserer Radreise. Leider war bei Temperaturen über 30° C keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer und bei geöffnetem Fenster war der Verkehrslärm enorm (stark befahrene Durchgangsstraße). Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer war unterirdisch. Überall sichtbare Putzstreifen, Staub und nicht gereinigte Ecken. Dieser Eindruck setzte sich im Restaurant mit Terrasse fort. Der gefüllte Aschenbecher vom Vortag stand einen Tag später immer noch auf dem Tisch. Der Tisch war genauso dreckig wie am Vortag. Bei der Getränkeorder machte der Service (in verfleckter Kleidung) keine Anstalten diesen zu wechseln. Erst auf unsere Bitte wurde der Aschenbecher geleert und schmutzig zurückgestellt, anstatt einen sauberen zu bringen. Im Frühstücksraum der gleiche Eindruck. Schmutzige Gläser, verstaubte Regale und eine oberflächliche Tischreinigung. Das Personal war bemüht und freundlich, was letztendlich für eine Empfehlung leider zu wenig ist. Wir würden eine Buchung nicht wiederholen.
