Very mesmerizing MATSUMOTO CASTLE

It was an old hotel, but the service was polite and nice. There were few shops nearby and it was hot, so I hardly left my room after checking in, but it was a shame that I overslept and couldn't eat breakfast. Thank you for your hospitality.

The location was good, the amenities were plentiful, and it was a comfortable stay. The baths were designated for men and women at designated times, but the large communal bath was clean. The breakfast was also satisfying with a wide variety of options. The staff were all very friendly. One thing that bothered me was that although it was a non-smoking room, it was an old building and there was a bit of a cigarette smell permeating the room. I would like to use this hotel again.

The location is close to the art museum. It is recommended that travelers who want to visit the art museum can stay here the night before. The hotel provides free parking and there is a convenience store about 5 minutes' walk away.

It's clean and the staff are friendly. There is a hot spring, but it is only for women between 9pm and 11pm, so men are not allowed in.
