Awa Resort Koh Chang Reviews

The hotel lobby here has a great view, but other facilities are really average. There are not many choices for meals including breakfast, but their staff are very kind. Furthermore, not having its own beach is a major drawback, after all, its location Already at the beach. We booked a double bed, but both children couldn't get up to have breakfast, but they forced us to have breakfast for four people, which made me feel a little uncomfortable.

The hotel has its own beach. Staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. There was a wide variety of food for breakfast. My room was spacious. However, so many ants were in my room. Water was not hot enough and water pressure was low in the shower. The bathroom had big glass window but the curtain could not be fully closed so that my friend could see me having a bath. TV had no signal so that I needed to ask the hotel to fix it.

The staffs are friendly and willing to help all the time. However, the provided towels are quite old and smelly. Plus, there is no toothbrush, shower cap and toothpaste provided

Great experience to stay in this hotel. Modern Chinese design so you can find a lots of Chinese detail which made this hotel special on Koh Chang. The hot water in the shower is working but not consistent.

Nice hotel but they don’t have a sandy beach. Access to the sea is through stairs but it has only rocks making swimming not possible

The room quite old and not so clean but when I informed the staff they improved and very kind service, big room and nice see view . The cocktail is nice and the pool is very clean and warm water

Such a nice hotel and kind staff 🧡 The location is so convenient near by 7-11 and Thai restaurant! You gays can walk to Kai Bae viewpoint easy.

Stayed here 4 times now in the last 18 mths and love the hotel, great location, staff are very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast choice and rooms are very spacious. My only negative comment is the WiFi is not great and would be great if was better and a reliable connection.

It was a great price for a great room and pool with breakfast included. Plenty of choices with eggs cooked to order. Staff were all very nice polite and helpful. Two issues with the room were sorted out quickly and efficiently.
