Staff very friendly. Breakfast ok and dinner at the barbecue on the beach was great. Room clean but the bathroom door was installed the wrong way round so it took up space and also added more coat hangers, when there are four towels there should be 4 coat hangers now there is only one. Overall the hotel is clean.
Children scream at the swimming pool all day but that was already known when booking.

Nice location and nice pool and waterpark fit for kids. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is generally basic.

Great hotel price wise. Big swimming pool with nice slides. Nice private beach feeling. The breakfast is normal. The room is big with a very big balcony including seating. The only minus is the small bathroom. But the shower area is good with hot and good pressure water. Friendly staff, food and drinks are fair and no ++. We will come back.

This hotel is more suited to families with young kids. No proper pool for adults to swim laps in and for some peace of mind. The beach was average. The bed was most comfortable, however the design of the bathroom door is weird as the door knocks against the toilet bowl when opened. Lights over the toilet bowl were also too dim. Drying rack was too small and not suitable for hanging items bigger than a tea towel. No privacy in the patio as hotel crew and any guest(s) from the next room can cross over anytime.

Loved staying at the Splash. I can’t say enough good things about it! Rooms were clean and quiet, pool and slides provided hours of fun, beach chairs and lounges and Thai massages all available.
My family loves it and will come back!
2 improvements:
Poolside and beach side drinks from the bar are not very good… there’s little to know alcohol in them 😒. WiFi in the room was very spotty and mostly didn’t work.
But those are just minor things. I can’t wait to return to this excellent hotel/resort!

Poor management of this property.
I’m sad that I’ve chosen this hotel for my holidays. Management of this hotel is very poor.
1. Rooms are wet and bed full of mold. Sockets in very bad condition and dangerous for use.
2. Breakfast buffet was the same everyday. Sometimes when hotel doesn’t have guests, they offer a le carte menu. My breakfast was cold and not freshly cooked.
3. I supposed I can enjoy cheap massage. But unfortunately price and time on the menu was different, after I finish it. I ordered face massage for 60 minutes. As it’s written on the board . And I got only 45 minutes.
For the same amount of money, can stay in near by hotels as Awe and Centara. With better management and activities.
