In our view this place should not be presented as a hotel - it is more akin to a bad hostel.
All shots in Viator are MANY years out of date and the resort is now desperately in need of care and attention.
It’s location - right on the beach - IS it’s USP , but they are shamefully playing on that!
Clearly there has been no investment in the facilities for a long time and they are now tired, botched together in places and downright dirty.
We paid around £100 for 2 nights and have been seriously taken for a ride at that price. In my view this hotel needs investigating and taking down from this site
Our room was poolside with single curtains - no voile / net type curtains for modesty.
One central light switch, no bedside lights, only one cabinet, grubby & battered ‘panelling’ in lieu of headboard and only 1 pillow each.
Air-con was good but noisy but overnight we awoke to condensation on patio windows
The bathroom… where to begin .. at least the shower was hot BUT the shower drained to a hole in the ground, all shower fittings encrusted with scale an grime. The window as rotten, ill fitting and plain mouldy! Felt like you were in a shack not a hotel bathroom.
In 2 days we saw no cleaning of facilities or our room.
Beer at the bar / cafe is expensive and food uninspiring. We ate all our meals elsewhere.
I was frustrated that we paid upfront for this place as otherwise we would have left immediately.
Please don’t make the same mistake as we did!
