This hotel has definitely seen better days. There's absolutely nothing 'Deluxe' about it anymore. We booked a Deluxe room with a Jacuzzi, which was an absolute disaster. The interior was completely run down, with stains all over the walls and curtains. Doors had large gaps or didn't close properly. The bathroom smelled like sewage from the drains, and the remote controls clearly hadn't been cleaned in ages. The terrace and Jacuzzi were dirty and rusty – everything felt unhygienic and neglected. The staff were aware of the issues, tried their best, and attempted to compensate guests with vouchers. Breakfast was just okay. In the end, we cut our stay short. We unfortunately cannot recommend this property.

Good hotel, would stay again. Pros: + Clean + Quiet, cozy grounds + Buffet breakfast (something for everyone's taste) + Well-maintained beach, always free sun loungers + Hotel has a restaurant: delicious food, fire show every evening (at 7 PM)

Absolutely incredible hotel/resort, beautifully kept and it's own private beach with good sand. Close to everything if you rent a bike or if you get the island taxis anywhere for 50baht. Food in the restaurant is good though a little expensive Staff are kind, friendly and incredibly helpful Room was incredible, air con was great and balcony with gorgeous view Highly recommend!!! Can't recommend enough, closest I've ever got to paradise

Beautiful resort but the hotel service quite poor with not very helpful staff , some standard room quite old , poor room service.

First of all, this is not a 4 star hotel as advertised. Judging by the room, we got it is a struggling 2 star hotel. The walls are thinner than a phone, and the security of the rooms is quite poor. The resort checks all the boxes, but everything is half baked. The restaurant is average, with 50% of its menu missing. We ordered just a bit spicy papaya salad and received Super spicy…, as I said, it's just an average two star hotel with some extra amenities. The closest 7-11 is around a kilometre away, and the resort shop is like a charity storage, with everything nobody wants. Just don't go there. Renting a motorbike at the hotel is almost twice as expensive. I don't know what to say, and not make it look worse. I wouldn't be coming back to this hotel. Btw, the breakfast was good.

Good Taste of breakfast and distance from the beach to the room is 30-40 m. It’s conveniently for walking in the morning.
