Terrible experience! I booked the hotel by mistake, I realized it was within 10 minutes so I canceled the booking straight way in 10min after the booking. They charged me the full amount of my stay and were not willing to return. I booked it through Agoda, so I called the property to kindly ask for returning my money but was told to contact Agoda as is not their policy and the decision is with Agoda. I emailed Agoda for more than 1 week but totally avoiding to help, only saying that the hotel is not willing to refund the money. So, the hotel is saying is up to the decision of Agoda. Agoda is saying the decision of the hotel. And the hotel doesn't communicate by email at all. Avoid this hotel, because this is the purest customer service I have ever experienced. And of course Agoda as well.

Очень понравился данный отель. Персонал приветливый, владелец очень гостеприимный. Номера все по типу бунгало с выходом на бассейн. Кухня отличная. До пляжа пешком 3-5 минут, так же до магазина 7/11 и других магазинов. Очень спокойное, атмосферное место. Это было лучшее место в Тайланде) Мы приехали с Пхукета на день туда, после Ланты и этого отеля с атмосферой, Пхукет просто показался совершенно не тем местом))))) Чисто, уютно, небольшие номера, но очень атмосферные. Восторг!!!! Единственный минус, но даже не буду снижать оценку, от кровати к столику прикроватному по юокам идут решетки металлические, края которых совершенно не обработаны, будьте осторожны, так как можно порвать одежду (что я и сделала) или зацепить кожей и порезаться.

Sehr schönes, neues Hotel in guter Lage. 2min zum Strand oder zum nächsten 7 Eleven. Rollerverleih im Hotel und sonst auch in der Nähe (1-2min Fußweg). Zimmer sind sehr neu und modern eingerichtet. Der Pool ist super. Freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück war leider nicht so toll, da wenig Auswahl, aber sonst okay.
