I slept in a deluxe sea breeze room (not next to the sea, the accommodation is at the back) for 1 night, price approximately 3,600 baht. The receptionist was friendly. When we finished packing our things (the staff came to turn on the air conditioner for us). The air conditioner is not very cool but there is still no water leak) and then go out to send a friend who is staying at another place. Price is about 800 baht to reach the friend's accommodation. The staff came to welcome us with a welcome drink and informed us that there was a problem with the bathroom leaking water. Please wait a moment to fix it. So my friend decided to leave the things and go out to eat while we waited for them to be fixed. That day I went to various islands, snorkeled all day, then went to Muk Island to eat. and quickly rested because he was tired all day When I finished eating I returned to the room at around 8:40 p.m. and there was water dripping all over the floor of the room and the air conditioner was not cool. I called the staff at 8:44 p.m. and received an answer that I would come look at it. After 30 minutes, there was still no staff to come and look at the air conditioner. So I went to inform the counter again. Even though there were officers following along to check on them with a cloth to check their feet, the conclusion was that the first group of officers couldn't fix it. Just come wipe it clean. Then follow the technician again. The repair technician finished at around 10:00 p.m., during the repair I sat and lay in the room talking and making general inquiries. The officer spoke as if this kind of thing happened often and was normal. I was confused as to whether I had to accept it and get used to this kind of thing. During the repairs, my girlfriend also tried to contact the manager. Because the frontline staff cannot answer questions or find other solutions. You can, except waiting for repairs (for example, if it can't be repaired, where will you sleep because all the other rooms are full? Waiting for an hour for repairs, is there any compensation?) The front-line staff told me to call and talk to the number **********, which is not the manager yet. Can't answer questions either. I could only go back and ask if the technician hadn't gone to see it yet. What I want to hear is “Apology/Sorry for the inconvenience. and the speed of corrective service” which is not heard or seen at all from the lower level, on the phone or via FB. In contrast, my friend's room cost 800 baht. The bathroom was leaking. He quickly apologized and arranged repairs. When he couldn't fix it, he arranged to find a solution. Find another place to stay immediately. I want to recommend 1. My girlfriend and I understood that it was like an unexpected accident. The hotel doesn't want that to happen. But when it happens, how do you manage it? I waited half an hour No one has come yet. Must go again. During the repair, just lie down and wait in the repair room, turn off the air conditioning, feel comfortable, there is no speed in fixing at all. 2. We stayed here for 3 nights and if we ever go back to Koh Muk we will definitely come back here. Super clean rooms, very quiet place, fantastic staff, they cook very well. It's true that it's low tide but it's all sand. Definitely much, much better than some 4 star hotels I've found.

We really enjoyed our days here. The room was clean and the rooms such as the public toilet and restaurant were always clean and well-maintained. The beach is very nice. Swimming is possible on site and the sea is very clean. The breakfast buffet was good and the restaurant in particular was very good with all the dishes. We will definitely be back! Thank you
