If you love terrible customer service from rude and unprofessional staff, rooms crawling with bugs especially in the bed, and dark dingy rooms then this is the perfect place for you! We are currently backpacking south east Asia and decided to book this hotel for a nice escape from the hostels. The room was reasonably priced and the reviews looked okay… do not be deceived! We understand that bugs are going to be in most places and when we arrived we let the geckos and spiders in our room slide until we looked closer and saw our bed was CRAWLING with bugs! When we came to the reception to let the staff know we had bugs in our bed we were laughed at before he came up to our room and doused our bed in bug killer spray. The staff didn’t even offer to change us to a different room when the bugs kept coming back or even change our bed sheets. This was when we decided we were going to leave. We returned back at the reception where we told the receptionist that we were leaving because we couldn’t sleep in a bed covered in bugs. The man continued to laugh at us and tell us that it was our fault and we could try and call the boss but she was asleep. We asked if we could be refunded for the next two nights we were supposed to be staying, but after much back and forth about their policy, which apparently states it’s okay to have bugs in the guests bed, we were told it wasn’t possible. The man did however give us back our deposit, but not before realising they had lost our money and all our personal details that we had provided that day on check in! They then tried to get us to sign someone else’s documents for our deposit refund, despite looking at the pictures of the passport attached and it clearly being a man, bearing in mind we are two young women! Then when we told them that it was not us they continued to be rude and insisted it was us as it was attached to our room! Overall, don’t stay here! We moved to phangan island view hotel just up the road and it was a 10/10 stay in comparison! We can’t wait for our shitty response from this hotel, and it won’t change our views! Safe travels backpackers and avoid this stay xoxo

Stayed with my friends for one night. The location next to the night market is super convenient. We didn't check how far it was to the beach, as that wasn't our focus. The staff were friendly, and the room was clean. Everything looked lovely. We especially loved having direct access from our room to the pool – that was amazing! Big thanks, if we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely be back ❤️ (They even made adorable swans out of towels) 🥹🥹🥹

Lovely hotel with a big comfy bed, tv in room, and warm shower! Pool area was small but just what you need. 10 minutes walk to the main street, beach and pier. Would stay again.

Staff were nice and helpful, pool was decent sized. Only issue we had was our room the bathroom has no window or vent so moudly ceiling, they do not clean your room whilst you are there and there was some cracks beneath the window which meant where we left food in packaging there was ants all over the room. May be our fault but with it being a hotel leaving food in your room is not unusual. Overall happy with our stay but improvements could be made

Lovely hotel and great room decor. Small bathroom but useable. No bugs or mosquitos. Nice pool - bigger than thought as others say it’s “tiny”. Location is tucked away but 10 mins away from centre, so it’s quiet. Not too far from Laundry and good local food if you come out and turn left. Scooter hire here but only when staff at reception.

Great location. The rooms were very clean. The pool was okay. The staff are very friendly.

The room was small and compact, and parking was limited. The room itself was clean, but the bathroom was extremely cramped with no bath mat. After showering, I had to walk straight from the wet floor to the bed.

Nice and clean room. Close to 7/11 and not too far from the pier on foot.

A quiet and cozy hotel, close to a big road but noise is never a problem, which is great. A small pool with a few tanning beds which is enough. The whole vibe feels chill, I'd stay here again.

Wonderful big family room with balcony. Clean, calm. Very small swimming pool.

Very good room near center, Tongsala , have motorbike rent, laundry service .

Very unfriendly manager, the hotel staff never around and their bar seems to be permanently closed.

Staff were rude. Room had disgusting smell..when asked to give spray freshener the staff grumpy woman said I have to clean for you? Asked for towel change..gave smelly towel with air freshener spray in it. Room was advertised with balcony but apparently it didn't have balcony, it was a walkway lobby. Price too overpriced for the size of room but rude staff behaviour made it worse. Will never stay.
