Nice location nice beach but internet doesn’t work for television

Bradley and Dais are very nice, and the place has a really good atmosphere. However, the service needs improvement. We asked four times during our stay of several nights for someone to fix the TV, but it never happened. The daily cleaning was partial, and something was missing each time. The internet was also unstable.

I had a wonderful stay at Phangan Beach Resort. The location is perfect – right on a quiet and beautiful beach, ideal for relaxing and enjoying sunsets. The bungalows are cozy, clean, and just steps from the sea. The staff were friendly and always helpful, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I also appreciated the laid-back vibe of the resort – it’s a great place to unwind. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway on Koh Phangan.

The room is super comfy. I’m satisfied with double bed, clean sheets, shower with good water pressure, quick boiling kettle. They provide everything good and comfortable. No mention beach is around, you can spend a day chill and soak in the sun and swim. Convenient stores and restaurants are walking distance. Highly recommended.

Good location ,fair service

Very nice resort, everything was great and service was top! Many options to sit and relax including hammocks. Good food and clean swimming pool.

The hotel is amazing. There is everything what you need for your holiday.

Really nice place directly by the beach. Staff was amazing and very friendly and welcoming, as much as the owners themself. I would kindly recommend to take a room with AC and Not the cheaper with a fan. As a European I melted. But thats the weather and not the Hotel :D

This is one of the best hotels on the island. Very clean, beautiful. Ideal for a family with small children, the beach is shallow, incredibly beautiful. Opposite you can see the island of Koh Samui

The location is great

Nice location, right on the beach. Whichever room you choose, you are close to it. Food is good, but pricey for Thailand.
