Our stay was enjoyable. The beach is conveniently located just across the street, and there are plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area. The property also offers a small convenience store and an onsite restaurant, which added to the overall convenience. The location of the hotel was ok, Most of the restaurants, shops and services were a 8-9 minute walk. The room was decent, though somewhat small. I was not particularly fond of the door design, the automatic door closer made it difficult to enter and exit without fully opening the door outward or opening it wide enough and quickly getting in or out. However, I did appreciate the thoughtful “beach” amenities provided, such as slippers, bags, and beach towels. As well as the amenities. We rented a bike through them and the one day trip to the multiple islands which was an absolutely amazing experience and I highly recommend. Breakfast options were limited, but considering the size of the property, it was reasonable. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

The room was perfect, the setting was wonderful, and it featured a swimming pool and delicious breakfast. The staff were incredibly helpful, warm, and polite. It's only 100 meters from the beach and just 200 meters from the spectacular fireworks display. Definitely a hotel worth revisiting!

Great location, a small cozy hotel with friendly staff and a delicious breakfast; the soup was particularly enjoyable. They also offer free bicycles and stand-up paddleboards (SUPs). Direct access to two beaches is a huge plus. Even though it was off-season, we were pleasantly surprised by the weather. The sea was a bit wavy, but still swimmable. The beaches were clean, and the white sand crunched delightfully underfoot. You can even get a massage right on the beach. Act, the front desk manager, was incredibly welcoming and friendly, always ready to assist, and even saw us off to our taxi. I wish the hotel continued success. P.S. My only suggestion would be to refresh the beach towels.

Facilities: Excellent. Cleanliness: Spotless. Location: Right by the sea. Service: Superb and very polite.

The staff were excellent; they explained everything very clearly and even helped us with our luggage. They also provided recommendations for local activities and routes. The hotel offers complimentary use of children's toys, swimming equipment, and snorkeling gear. It's also located right on the seafront and is very close to Diamond Beach.

The stars of this hotel are the staff particularly the manager, Act, who could not be more helpful. She made everything about my stay easy and stress free. The hotel itself is just across the quiet island road from the beach. Here there is white sand and crystal clear water. To the left is the busier section with all the normal beach activities together with bars and restaurants. It is just a 15 min walk into town this way. To the right the beach is quieter. If you continue along the beach to the right you can follow the coast path which ‘hops’ from bay to bay making for a pleasant walk. The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable. You are supplied with everything you need including snacks, beach bag, wet bag, beach towel and beach mat. I had a wonderful stay at Green Bay and thoroughly recommend it.

Service was good, but the room was a bit small. The surroundings were decent, though it was noisy due to its roadside location and passing traffic.

Absolutely amazing experience! Staff is so kind and looks after EVERY need you didn’t even think of 💓Service can not be beat!! Sweet gifts for Christmas and New Year-totally unexpected. Would 1000 percent stay again!!!

Stayed at the resort for 11 nights with friends. They made sure we had rooms next to each other and provided us with whatever we needed! The staff were incredibly helpful and professional, even helping us with medical advice after insect bites and food poisoning and helping us with our transfer back to Bangkok. Truly cannot overstate how wonderful the service was. The resort is easily situated close to the main town and pier and directly opposite the beach! 5 stars all around. Thanks so much!
