The hotel left a positive impression and good memories. The air conditioning was a bit noisy, and there were red ants by the pool that bit quite badly; the bites didn't go away for a week, so be careful. Otherwise, everything was good.

Overall a nice hotel. Location good, but lots of noise from main road. Room was very nice and clean, dated but I like it.

We stayed here for one night after an evening flight. There's a large Lotus store about 300 meters in one direction, and a Makro Koh Samui store 450 meters in the other. Makro had the best prices for fruits, drinks, etc. The room was spacious, and the bedding was high quality. The air conditioning worked perfectly! And it wasn't pointed directly at the bed, which is a huge plus! The furniture was old. In the shower, the water didn't drain properly and started overflowing the curb. We had to finish showering later! There's no hairdryer. There's no kettle or cups, but for some reason, there's a huge refrigerator. The windows faced the road, but there was a small courtyard in front of it, so traffic noise wasn't too bad. The pool is almost right by the road, with loungers and towels available. It's open until 8 PM. The water looked a bit cloudy, so we decided not to swim. Breakfast is not provided. We checked out the next morning and went straight to a beachfront hotel.

Very nice apartment. Everything worked ok, A/C unit is a little finniky to adjust but it works. Would recommend to stay.

For its price, it's a decent hotel. The towels and bed linen were clean, and they offered cleaning services upon request.

The rooms are way too noisy which could be fixed with a simple thick window. The bike rental is a complete scam

Clean, spacious apartment with good service and great pool. Good location a short drive away from everything.

Good option for a few days, however have to have a motorbike, otherwise key locations are hard to reach.

This isn't our first time in Koh Samui, and this year we chose this hotel and definitely didn't regret it! The location is excellent, the room is very spacious, and it's cleaned daily. The staff are incredibly friendly and responsive. Everything is very clean and comfortable. The only small downside is no kettle, but we bought one at a nearby store for 150 baht. We extended our stay there for a few more days because we liked it so much! 🙏🙏🙏

The hotel was clean and the room was tidied every day. It's located directly on the main road, which means you hear all the noise. So, it's quiet roughly from 2-6 AM, then it gets extremely loud again.

Spacious rooms, friendly staff, good daily cleaning, and quite large balconies. There's a pool that's almost always empty. On the ground floors, you'll find a massage parlor, an Irish pub with breakfast, an all-you-can-eat hot pot, and more. My only downsides would be the rather firm mattresses (in my opinion) and the road noise. For more comfort, it's better to choose a room facing the village or mountains (the opposite side from the road). The rooms aren't brand new, but for Thailand, the standard and size of the rooms are appropriate for the price range. Overall, you can overlook the negatives because the hospitality and service here are genuinely kind and pleasant. We stayed at this hotel for a month.
