I definitely recommend it!!! Perfect location in a quiet area. Currency exchange offices are a minute's walk north, and the Lamai night market is a 10-minute walk away. Guarded parking. Perfect value for money. They surprised me for my birthday. The staff is top-notch!

This is a truly luxurious villa. It's a completely different, non-hotel-like experience, where you truly live in a private setting, as if you were in your own home. A clean, deep pool, a large refrigerator, stove, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, speaker, two TVs, and two air conditioners—it has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Honestly, you don't want to leave the house at all. Some special features: it's important to understand that this is a villa, so you won't find any service like that here. The reception is open until 5:00 PM, and there's no bar on site. The breakfasts are very filling, à la carte, but I wouldn't say they're worth the money—there are plenty of restaurants nearby, including a 7-11, where you can find cheaper and tastier options. Otherwise, it's a total delight; we'll definitely be back.

A great place to stay in Lamai. The location is excellent, a little off the road, which is convenient and reduces noise. A 7-11 and a fruit stand are just a minute's walk away. They offered us a bike rental at a great price, and they delivered it to the parking lot quickly. We had questions, and they resolved them just as quickly. The villa itself is extremely comfortable, clean, and pleasant. The receptionists are helpful, and everyone is very polite and friendly. If we go to Koh Samui, we'll definitely stay there again.

Old and not good. The front desk staff was quite friendly. It's a small hotel with few rooms. There is a road behind the two-bedroom villa. There are many motorcycles and it is very noisy.

The room is spacious and clean, the swimming pool is clean. There are some problems with the sound insulation, but everything else is good.

There is extraordinary beauty throughout the entire territory, and its landscapes enchant you from the first second of your stay. Beautiful and stylish villa design. Friendly and caring staff always respond quickly to any requests and wishes. We took a villa with two bedrooms and a swimming pool - it was very convenient, although the communal pool was always empty. Breakfast a la carte. We will definitely come back here again!

A great experience, the hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. There is 711 at the door. If you go out a little bit, you can see the sea.
