The hotel has stunning views, stylish villa design, there are 2 shared pools, as well as a kitchen area. But the access to the hotel is quite complicated, without a lot of driving experience it is better not to drive up on your own.

If you want to experience something out of the ordinary, be sure to stay here! I especially recommend this hotel for those visiting Koh Samui for the second time or more and staying for more than two nights. It's also a great option to buy food in town and stay in the hotel! Japanese people are welcome. If it's your first time, be sure to contact the hotel and have them arrange a shuttle. I was able to leave my luggage before check-in. They also kindly accommodated my early morning check-out. Since taxis are hard to come by early in the morning, I recommend using the hotel's car to go to the airport. During the day, you can call a taxi using Grab, and you can return home from the downtown area, but the road in front of the hotel is very steep. Therefore, you will be dropped off about 50 meters away, not directly in front of the hotel. From there, you have to walk to the hotel, but the slope is really steep and it was quite a challenge. However, once you enter the hotel, you'll understand why you came all the way there and be impressed by the vacation you'll enjoy. Koh Samui is known for its beaches, but this hotel offers everything from mountains, forests, and the sea. The location is truly fantastic, so I recommend a room with a pool. Finally, Koh Samui sometimes experiences power outages due to wind or rain. In those cases, the lights will come on at this hotel, but the outlets, air conditioning, and water will be unavailable. It takes about 5-6 hours for the power to be restored. We had the electricity restored around 2am. This is an island-wide issue, not a hotel issue, so there's nothing we can do about it, but you can solve the problem by bringing a mobile battery or handheld fan, so please be sure to have these with you just in case. It can be scary when the surrounding area is completely dark during a power outage, but we were able to spend a wonderful, relaxing holiday. We are very grateful.

Beautiful view, but steep climb, taxis do not want to go there and pick up, you need to put a point higher. There are no slippers in the room, the patches are simple. In general, the rooms can be better for this price, but still nice. Quiet and calm, far from civilization. I recommend 7/10

The rooms and the views are incredible, it is worth spending a little more money to get the best view because if you are at the back you don't see much either, the pools are incredible in general everything is very nice, the only drawback is that you have to be aware that the location is almost impossible for a taxi, it is a complicated road for cars

These people are crooks. I booked a room there at this hotel way in advance of my trip to Thailand (7 months). I chose Pay at the Property/ Pay later, and they charged my credit card two weeks later. When I brought this error THEY made to their attention I was met with slow responses and no satisfaction. I was told by ******* customer service that a clerk there made the mistake. I canceled the booking because of this and they did not give me a full refund. They charged me for the credit card swiping fee which would have never occurred if their employee did not run my card prematurely. When I brought the matter to *******, they confirmed that it was a Pay Later booking. The experience with this hotel was subpar. Very crooked, very unprofessional and down right deplorable. Integrity is not their strong point.

We booked villa the spot after seeing it on a hotel website we thought it looked stunning but our stay was far from. Ultimately our stay here ruined our stay in Koh Samui when people say it’s hard to get to believe us it is hard to get to. We had to walk in the pitch black with all our luggage, no phone service because the taxi wouldn’t drop up to the villa it was that hard to get to. When we were greeted, it wasn’t a warm welcome, the whole villa felt quite bizarre as the owner lives here it feels like you are invading their home and living space. Our room was stunning though we did upgrade at an additional cost. The minibar was always stocked however it is all at cost including the water. The pictures online were misleading as the villa was dirty and the pool looked like it was in need of a good clean. As you are secluded in the villa you would expect the facilities to be of a high standard. It is rare that a taxi will come to the villa so you often have to hike up the steep hills and back as well as this due to the location we spent a lot more on taxis compared to other locations we stayed at on our travels. To conclude if you want to actually experience Koh Samui I would strongly advise booking elsewhere do not fall for the misleading pictures and reviews like we did !

We have just stayed for 2 nights in this incredible villa and had an amazing time. The service from the staff makes it even more special. They go out for their way massively to make sure you are looked after from arranging taxis, helping with luggage, ordering food to the room, ironing clothes for us and being extremely helpful. The rooms are very nice … aircon made it easy to sleep and the beds are comfy. This is the first place we’ve stayed in Thailand where we haven’t found bugs in the room which is a nice change. The food we had here was fantastic too. Would reccomend this place to anyone who wants to stay somewhere special you will never forget. The manager here is a great guy and has made this trip run very smoothly. Thanks for having us Matt & Ella

As an experienced traveller and a flight attendant of 15 years I have stayed in many hotels and other types of accommodation and I have a good understanding on how they should operate. Unfortunately I have quite a few bad points about this one. 1. The location really is out in the sticks. It should be made clear when booking that not all taxis will venture to this property where you will have to rely on using the hosts vehicle as a 'taxi'. I feel the host uses this to his advantage when pricing fares. We pre booked a grab taxi which we were quoted 350Baht due to there also being a 20% offer through the app to get to the airport. The host said they won't come to the property (even though we arrived via a grab taxi from the airport to the villa) but for fear of missing our flight from koh samui airport we booked with the hotel. He told us when paying our hotel bill he was charging us 800 baht for the taxi. I tried to negotiate this but he said it's because he had to get up at 5am. This should have been made clear when we told him of the time we needed to leave and there would be additional charges for him having to get up early. 2. Upon arrival there are no signs to advise where there is a reception area so you find yourself loitering around or hiking up and down steps to find someone. There are stepping like stones to get through the terrain some which are loose and I fell and bent my finger back and scraped my leg. 3. This is my most serious point. There is ZERO respect for privacy. We were on our honeymoon and we used the do not disturb sign on our door. This was completely ignored even after bringing it to the attention of the owner that someone kept coming into our room. They also kept turning our air-conditioning unit off which nowhere does it state it can't be left on. I felt uncomfortable that I could not shower or do anything else for the fear of someone walking in whenever they wanted to. Turns out it's so they can check your mini bar daily. This is not acceptable. It should be checked upon check out or if the guest notifies the hotel to add it to their bill at any point during their stay. It can also be added later as a final audit charge from the hotel which is an agreement when you give your card details over when making a booking with a hotel so there is absolutely no reason why they have to do this check daily. 4. There were 2 power cuts when we were there. Due to the location we were in COMPLETE darkness. On the first occasion, using my phone torch I went down to the 'reception' (which appears to be in the kitchen) and there were no safety policies in place for black outs. No emergency lighting. I said to the owner I need something in our room to be able to see. The owner was scraping through the cupboards for some form of lighting and I was given two tea lights! The 2nd time this happened was our last night. We had gone back to the villa to have a shower and needed to get out quite quickly. Power cut a
Response from Property: Princess. I think you're mistaken.. it shouldn't be fun to accompany you on a trip. Losing so much time to tell a bunch of bad and wrong things .. fortunately that Tripadvisor exists as a stress reliever and to treat the syndrome of ill-being. Despite all your words, we will continue to exercise our profession as best we can, readers know how to make sense of things.
