The staff are very friendly and super helpful. The location is ideally situated both on the beach and on the main road in Lamai. The bungalow we had was very clean and cleaned every day. However the bungalow was in need of up dating as the shower had a mnd of its own the floor creecked loudly all the time and in the top roof corner of the room you could see the outside world. That said breakfast was good and the stay was okay.

Very clean resort and central location with good breakfast and affordable rooms. Only downside (just in my opinion) is the location on the beach- so not against the hotel at all, but if you are looking for a more relaxing/surf vibe, try staying further south around one love bar area. This area was extremely crowded, lots of trash, people nonstop pushing you to buy things. Otherwise, the hotel was great and the staff was extremely friendly.

It is my third time here and it will be my home in Lamai beach every time that I return to Koh Samui. I stayed in the Beachfront Bungalow and its just the best location right on the beach. The bungalow itself is pretty basic but comfortable for sure. Big queen bed, great A/C, small fridge, good sized bathroom & a nice shower once you get how it works. Massage on the beach is right there, bar & restaurant on the beach too & very reasonable prices. Everyone is very very friendly here. Reception are very helpful, house keeping are great, bar & restaurant staff amazing. As a full time world traveler, this place is great & I highly recommend it. I am already planning my next trip back.

Nice place to stay Lamai Coconut Beach Resort is recently renovated with 30 detached Beach & Garden Bungalows with private balconies and with a stunning sea view is situated on the sandy Lamai Beach.

Went to front desk to borrow 2 towels dor the beach, asked if this was a deposit and would get money back which was answered with yes. When we returned them i was handed a receipt saying it was not a deposit and was rent.

Fantastic location, we all booked superior sea and pool view rooms which were large and had a fridge, kettle and comfortable sofa. The views were outstanding, the restaurant was very reasonable and the staff were lovely. The pool was empty most of the day and had it to ourselves. Amy problems with the room were rectified immediately. Highly recommended and hopefully we will be back one day, thank you for a fantastic holiday.

It's a nice budget property on the best (central) location. Rooms are a little bit dated but ok. Clean and well equipped. Hotel Beach area has plenty of free sun beds in natural shade. You can get also a beach towels for free of charge. They offer an excelent food at main restaurant on the beach. Staff is very efficient and kind.

Good accommodation , clean and regularly serviced. Sunbeds on beach if one snags one early could probably do with more. Garden setting was delightful. Beach was great and seemed to go on forever. Restaurants and bars nearby with a busy road though this could not be heard from the rooms or beach. Majority of the staff were first class and friendly. Had a few problems , specially when the door on the bathroom became wedged shut . In fact it resulted in the staff having to break the door with a hammer to set me free. Door replaced next day. Note..If you have your laundry done by the Hotel service do ensure you get a receipt when paying , I was handed a bill for one days laundry as we were set to depart despite having always paid on time of collecting. In fact that one receipt was the only one I was ever offered.

Great location, close to everything in Lamai and has a beach front. Good service, decent restaurant at the hotel. There is a lack of sunbeds and there is a strange policy for reserving them that knocks it down a point for this resort. Having to wake up at 6 just to get a sunbed is not ideal.
