We stayed in a private bungalow and thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet, the beautiful views from the terrace, and the well-thought-out interior design. They have their own private beach, a massage service with sea views, a varied breakfast spread, a swimming pool, and sun loungers with umbrellas and towels. Its very near the pier, convenient for me to head to Koh Tao via morning ferry. Room is clean and staff are friendly. There is no lift.

This was our second stay at the Pinnacle, and we were pleased. While some areas could benefit from an update, it's still good. The location is fantastic, and the breakfast was perfectly adequate. During the off-season, it's wonderfully quiet, and the beach is gorgeous. The staff, as always, were attentive and friendly. We'll definitely be back!!

Great location for those looking to be away from the hustle and bustle of Koh Samui. The hotel service was fine, with airport transfer available. The beach was lovely, with plenty of sunbeds on the beach and near the pool. Breakfast was decent, with your standard intercontinental fare. Lovely hotel surroundings that felt like walking through a garden.

The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained, giving the impression of a very talented gardener. However, it also feels like the hotel has a very poor plumber, as all the fixtures are falling apart. I didn't like the pool; it was dirty. I hope they clean it soon. The location is not great; there's nothing nearby unless you're comfortable getting around by scooter. On the other hand, there's a pier close by, which could be convenient if you're planning a trip to Koh Phangan.

It was just a one-night stay before catching a boat to Koh Tao, but it was incredibly quiet and I could really relax. With the port being within walking distance, I highly recommend it as a stopover, especially for those traveling from Japan to Koh Tao.

Excellent resort, this area is very popular with German tourists and I was told the manager is from Germany. Location is far from the main tourist areas but thats great if you just want to chill and have peace and quiet by the beach. There is a smal pool and the breakfast was simple but good. The resort is made up of many small huts with a small apartment block in thr centre. Rooms are great, clean and comfortable. Shuttle bus between airport and hotel. Overall a very enjoyable experience. The lane the resort is on has many shops and services. I rented a bike for 2 days for 400 baht. Also there are convenience stores, a post box, restaurants, bars and cleaning services. Everything you need is right there.
