Ш We stayed with children and were happy with the experience. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, perfect for families with kids. The pool is large and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and attentive. The kids’ animation program is solid — children were entertained and happy. The hotel is on the beachfront, and the sand is clean and non-sticky — a big plus for Samui. The food was disappointing: the menu is repetitive, dishes are bland, and baked goods and snacks lack freshness and crunch. Bar and in-hotel food prices are clearly overpriced and don’t match the quality. The parking lot is very small, and a significant portion of spaces are taken up by hotel service vehicles, which is inconvenient for guests. The gym is tiny, with limited and outdated equipment. Overall impressions are positive, especially for a family holiday. We’d love to see the hotel grow: improve the cuisine, reconsider its pricing, and invest in its infrastructure. The potential is there — it just needs to be used.

Excellent hotel, great location and very quiet for evenings and overnight noise. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food and drink were a little expensive on site, but local shops and markets around. only 10/15 mins walk to Fishermans market. Over all a great stay! The beach sunbeds were always quiet and didn’t have to fight for sun loungers around the pool either as there are 3 pools and 1 is adult only. The rooms are a very good size plenty of space and very large balconies. The rooms were equipped with everything we could need. The only flaw would be the over head shower wasn’t cleaned of lime scale meaning the holes were blocked up and they weren’t letting out water well. The gardens were beautiful and the walk to the seafront breakfast was something I won’t forget. Very tranquil and peaceful. Another positive was no boats around in the sea and the sea is sectioned off with floaty rope to ensure it is safe and children are safe too. Plenty of on site activities for children and adults.

We booked the room with the plunge pool which was bigger than what we have expected. The room itself, especially the outside area with the pool and day-bed is really nice and comfy. A lot of flowers and greenery gave us a really relaxed time. When you book the pool villas, you are entitled to enjoy served breakfast with a lot of a la carte options and a juice station. There is a happy hour at the beach and pool bar (buy 1get 2). Especially the beach bar has a nice view and vibe, but cocktails were okayish.

Incredible resort and super great for families and couples. What a beautiful view from the 5 star breakfast looking over the blue water. The open air breakfast with a view wasteally something special. The pool is also exquisite. Almost as big as an Olympic sized pool with white elephants squirting water. A real treat for families. Very family friendly with lots of kids but not so many kids every where as to make it obnoxious. A perfect blend the quiet of adults/couples and the fun for families. Will absolutely come here again.

We had an amazing stay here, the room was stunning and had everything we needed and more. We had a pool room, which was priceless, definitely worth the upgrade. Breakfast was in a beautiful beach location, with a massive selection of well presented, delicious food. The staff were all lovely, and always on hand if needed. The hotel is a minutes walk away from the old fisherman’s village entrance, which takes you in a loop around the fisherman’s village, which is a walk only area full of amazing bars and restaurants. Very stylish, safe, and fun. Would highly recommend El Gauche steak house, it’s pricey but absolutely amazing food and service.

Had a wonderful experience here, although just for one night. The resort has a perfect location, and I enjoyed a delicious breakfast overlooking the ocean. The room was quite large and the bed was super comfy, as was the day bed in the outside verandah. The resort has some great facilities but unfortunately I did not have the time to make use of them all, but I certainly am looking forward to planning my trip here.

Maybe business is slow, and they're just desperate to hold onto any customer they get, which made for a really bad experience. I've been to Koh Samui several times for work, and this is by far the worst hotel I've stayed at – though, it might just be because it was cheap.

We had a tropical canopy room which was spacious, very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The gardens and grounds were very well kept. The resort was very child orientated. There were lots of young families there which is great for families but it wasn't best suited to us as a couple. There was lots of choice for breakfast and the setting on the beach was lovely. But there were young children screaming and running everywhere. Perhaps a section for adults only would be a good idea. We never ate at the restaurant. Partly as we enjoy eating in local restaurants but also because food and drink was 5 times the price compared to most other places and what we did have certainly wasn't 5 times the quality. In addition to this, the staff in the bar weren't particularly friendly or welcoming which is strange as the staff at breakfast were attentive and all the maids, garden and maintenance staff were so friendly. There was an adult only pool but it was quite small although in all fairness, beds did become available throughout the day. I wouldn't necessarily recommend this hotel for couples as I would say that it is definitely more suited to young families.
