Location is incredible good and access directly to the beqch a few steps from your room. All is near. Stores restaurants..no noise in the nights. Perfect stay! Also for families..

Great place with tasty breakfast and easy access to the beach and city center of Koh Samui. I highly recommend this place and definitely will try to go back there.

Check in was a breeze. Staff always greet with good smiles. Location wise its good.
But i dont recommend for long stay because the room sound proof isnt good. Can hear people chatting in the room beside us and also the walkway. I woke up in the middle of the night because i could hear my neighbour's loud snore! Also,my room is facing the main road so do hear some loud noise from time to time.
The pillow is reallllllly soft we didnt have good sleep.
Beach is cool, pool's fine.
But due to the soundproof and pillow issue i really do not recommend for long stay unless they improve on those

Extremely good location
The location is good and walking distance to central shopping mall and Chaweng night life street. The room has a Greek designed, comfortable and toilet is newly renovated and clean. Smart tv has Netflix and YouTube. Breakfast and lunch at beach front restaurant. Super chill and windy. The staff name “May” is friendly and patiently, explained the tour and arranged private tour and motor rent services for us. Appreciate her help.

First time in Koh Samui. Had a wonderful stay and Baan Samui. Very helpful and friendly staff. They have a nice pool and great beach with a beautiful view of the ocean. Would come back any time. Very pleased and great value for money.
