It was my friend and I’s birthday and we had a wonderful stay. They were so sweet to arrange a little birthday cheesecake for us and arranged some nice decorations on our beds. Nicely located at Sairee beach and walking street. They provided a ride to the pier upon check out. Gift at the reception was really nice and accommodating!

We stayed in a second-floor oceanfront room and absolutely loved our experience. The balcony, complete with an outdoor sofa, offered a beautiful view of the sea, and watching the incredible sunsets every evening quickly became one of the highlights of our time on Koh Tao. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to start the day. Since I went diving every morning, I especially appreciated that the hotel could prepare a simple takeaway meal, which was very convenient. The complimentary transfer to and from the pier was another great service. Unfortunately, we couldn't arrange the pickup in advance because of issues with the Trip messaging system, which seems to affect several hotels in Thailand, but the hotel itself does provide this service free of charge. For anyone booking here, I highly recommend choosing one of the oceanfront rooms. In my opinion, they are what truly make this property special. The first-floor rooms are directly on the beach and feature a raised outdoor platform that would be perfect for families or groups booking multiple rooms together. We chose the second floor because we wanted a little more privacy while still enjoying the sea view, and it was exactly what we were looking for. The location on Sairee Beach is right in the heart of the lively tourist area, which made everything very convenient. There can be some noise at night, but we enjoyed being close to restaurants, shops, and all the activities. While the beach itself is not the best on the island, being able to head out for a quick snorkeling session on a whim was a huge bonus. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return. If you're visiting Koh Tao, an oceanfront room here is definitely worth it.

Overall, I would give it a rating of 6/10, rather than the higher score shown on TripAdvisor. The staff is genuinely kind and helpful there’s absolutely nothing to complain about on that front. However, it is really noisy. There was one night when we couldn’t sleep properly at all. You need to understand that although the hotel is located at the end of the main street, it still faces the main street where all the bars are. So you’ll hear a lot of noise and shouting until 2 or 3 a.m. quite easily. If you want a quiet room, you should definitely book a sea-view room located in the middle of the hotel. There is also a bar where breakfast is served, and if your room is above it—which was clearly our case—it will be impossible to relax in your room or take a nap during the day, for example.

We had an amazing time there. I really have nothing bad to say about it.  First of all- the stuff. Always welcoming you with a smile and treating you with a personal attention. for example we told them we’re going to the beach and they offered us to borrow snorkeling masks for free. Also I got hurt in my leg and they really helped me to bandage it.  The most appreciated thing is that they heard our ferry back is at noon so they offered us late check out for free!  Beside that, the room is very clean, the view to the beach from the balcony is a big wow. the coffee at breakfast is just perfect.  Thank you so much guys ♥️♥️♥️ hope to come back someday.

This hotel is ideally located right on the beach and in the heart of the island's vibrant life. The staff are incredibly attentive and wonderful. We had a city-facing room, and the noise wasn't bothersome at all. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, enjoyed right by the water – nothing beats that for a completely relaxing vacation.

Great location with direct beach access. Cleanliness wasn't the best. Staff were friendly. They offered a free transfer service, but the driver dropped us off at the wrong port and quickly drove away. Breakfast was nice, but the menu was limited.

Nice hotel right on sairee beach. Staff were very nice and accommodating. They helped me arrange taxi to and from the pier which was much appreciated. Only minor complaint is that it can be a little noisy at night as the hotel is very close to the main area. Otherwise very clean and modern. Would stay here again if I come back to Koh Tao!

Great hotel right on the beach front and in a great location with all the main resturants, bars and shops on your door step. Would definitely stay here again when heading back to Koh Tao.

Great location and very clean. Our fridge wasn’t working staff very friendly and where very quick to get us another fridge they organised out tour very quickly. Great little place to stay restaurant was great to next door

This hotel looked nothing like the pictures the beach is a public beach .ideal for young people !! Music blasting all day and night from the pub next door ,if you like to party this hotel is ideal ,motor scooters run out side the hotel day and night also hotel provide ear plugs ,breakfast terrible if want extra cup of coffee you after pay
