GGuest UserI stayed one week there and appreciated every day. - Lonely island feeling far from the world. It's a must to stay to avoid the crowd of 11am/2pm and have a chunk of paradise for yourself outside those hours. Particularly to avoid the queue to climb the hill. - Amazing sunset and view from the top of the hill every day. - The staff was so caring and nice. Particularly mister Tei and miss Been while I became sick the last day. - Diving center right on your doorstep. - free shuttle boat to Koh Tao every day if you miss the civilization - every bungalow have good orientation for the view. - internet was ok. - The shower pressure might bother some but it's not a problem under this weather. It would be better to start to pay attention of the effect of the crowd on the nature to preserve it though. The people coming for 2/3h are so careless(i saw shoes, straw, bottles...even socks! Forgotten) Maybe best to raise the price of the room and only allow resort resident to enter, to control the flow of people on the island without losing revenue.

GGuest UserIt's a stunningly beautiful location, room is idyllic and you're fully immersed in nature. The pool is a dream to dive into everyday and the view is amazing at all times of the day. Layout is very quirky which we loved and room service was super cute. Main challenge is mosquitos which are unavoidable in Thailand, here especially sunsets triggered lots of them to appear. Photo is a view from the hammock overlooking the pool and the beach

GGuest UserI had an amazing stay at LUB-D Tanote Bay Hotel in Koh Tao! The service was outstanding and the food was absolutely delicious. The whole team was super helpful and friendly — especially Dear, who greeted us with a big smile and made us feel so welcome. The rooms were spotless, and the direct access to beautiful Tanote Bay is just incredible. One of the best hotels I’ve seen in Koh Tao — highly recommend it!

JJusty_aIt was one of the best resorts I have ever stayed in. The service is extraordinary and they care for every detail. The design of the hotel and both exterior and interior is extremely well curated. The restaurant is great and the staff is friendly. The rooms are spacious and the views breathtaking. The diving experience was also great since the school is not as crowded as others.

GGuest UserFirst arrival there was black mould in the bathroom, ants in the room and a tear in the curtain. Naturally I complained but received no apology. The staff member on duty seemed inexperienced and couldn’t offer any solutions. I kindly requested someone come and clean it as there was no other room available. Long story short, I showered in a dirty shower that night. The next day a manager apologised and attempted to resolved the issues to a manageable condition. The manager also made some effort to make me feel better which I appreciated. The room itself I loved, 705 is nice and the views are absolutely stunning. However, the shower needs a deep clean and some maintenance. Also staff need training around hospitality.

GGuest UserThe location was great! The staff was fine, not extra attentive and friendly but would still be helpful if asked. The water pressure wasn’t the best in the shower but still duable. I loved my room with the view of the forest from my balcony. Overall, good stay!
