"Forget half board, 2:30 hours for dinner. The food is okay but it is definitely possible to cook something similar in the room. Definitely a bad point. With the price and the standing the hôtel is pretending to hold, this would refrain me to come again. For the rest, personal is great."

"They advertise themselves as the best hotel in Kolasin. They charge quite a lot for their “4 stars”, but they definitely provide barely 3 stars service level. They don’t have A/C in the fitness centre at all (!) - so it means you actually cannot properly use it. When I complained about it, the manager’s response was “no one force you to use it, don’t use it if you don’t like it”. Hilarious answer when you paid a fortune to stay there and one of the reasons was they “fitness centre”. And no, they can’t open the window. Sauna and hammam can’t be used by under 18, because “children will disturb adults”. The idea to make a separate time for families with kids does not work for unknown reasons. A SPA manager is extremely rude man. They cancelled shuttle bus to the ski centre, so if you are without a car, add 30 euros per day for a taxi round trip. It should be a concierge service in the hotel, but it never works. The receptionists are nice but can’t really recommend anything when we asked for advice. As I understand, the hotel management changed this year, looks like not for good. The swimming pool is good though, and the rooms as well. But the level of services is so low, that I would describe it below a 3 stars, standard European hotel"

"We stayed at Chalet Kolasin for a week to celebrate New Year 2025 with my husband, parents and a small daughter (2 years) and rented two apartments. The whole stay was absolutely amazing! I have stayed in nice places all over the world, but have never seen the staff as lovely and attentive as here! They literally anticipated our every need before we asked. The breakfasts were completely delicious, the apartments are spacious and beautifully furnished, the condition of everything is super clean and fresh. But it’s the little extra touches that made our stay extra special: a cute set of bedding for our toddler, the living room TV having a Netflix and Disney accounts ready for us to use, a surprise cake gifted for us on New Year’s Day. One morning we woke up after heavy snowfall to find that our two cars have been completely cleaned from snow and ready to use! As you can tell, I cannot recommend Chalet Kolasin highly enough! Will be staying here again and telling all our friends."
