During we stay for 3night it’s was really good experience in Indian For the hotel good location environment is good but the amenity is not so comfortable toilet is broken the shower.  The service really friendly and good breakfast 😅

It was the most disappointing trip I ever had in my past years.. I didn’t get the room I selected for and paid for, instead I got a room that was cheaper than I actually booked for. The excuse of the hotel was that all the rooms were “Full”. It isn’t a good reason when someone has paid and reserved the room for that particular day. I was disappointed. I don’t usually give a negative feedback but I wanted to point out there are things that can be improved. On top of that, the bedsheet and blanket covers were dirty and I found hairs on the bed which suggests that it wasn’t cleaned at all. Please stay away for this accommodation.

The room is clean, classic, and great. It's located on the 6th floor so we have a good view of the city from the window. The staff are kind. We had a very nice stay here.

This is a location choice as it's a great central starting point Park Street is good for a busy vibe with a range of restaurants. Reception is positive lead by the fantastic Parvin and the cook Morat is a Gent. Large rooms on 5 floor. You get to see the 1920 style building. All good G

This property is in Park street which is old city of Kolkata. Area around property is too noisy and dirty every where people and people no place even to walk. People just throw garbage everywhere and keep splitting everywhere no place to walk without splits. How people don’t have common sense they clean their faces but makes streets dirty. Regarding property it was old houses that converted in hotel, whole staff was very good they can cook breakfast and dinner on demands, make tea and coffee. Staff was honest. There is common area where you can dine in, inside room it was clean but bed sheets and towels was old and tear. Rest hot water was available. To be honest my family didn’t like Kolkata due to people everywhere spitting and throwing garbage and city is very very dirty and too much smoke. We visited Kalimatta temple where the Pandits made this place as business they forced us to buy their services else not allowed to enter temple these Pandits said it’s thier temple and go away if you don’t pay so we said sorry and return without going inside temple. Taxi drivers are good and never charged anything extra.In sort there are many places to visit on earth but don’t go Kolkata again or never recommended this place to visit as tourists.

Clean room. Staff Tarak is friendly and answered throughout the clock. Area around the property is bit dirty but the overall stay is good.

Room 302. The room size was great, but the furniture and furnishing was not that great. It was too old fashioned and linens, curtains were too old. All electric fittings, switches were in shaken condition. Handwash was put in a emptied shampoo jar. No exhaust fan. So basically only good thing about the property is location. It was more like a hall not a room. I booked a luxury room and it looked rubbish from inside. It was one night stay that's why otherwise i would have talked to the owner. It was also non refundable.
