This is my second time at the hotel. Although the bathroom doesn't have good ventilation, the rooms are excellently sized, perfect for families. They have a good and tasty breakfast. The restaurant staff is well-trained and super friendly. The front desk is ready to assist. Dove shampoo, conditioner, moisturizing cream, and liquid soap are available in the room.

The hotel needs a lot of improvements. The elevator is noisy, and the bathrooms need more cleaning. It won't be my choice in the future.

Had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Kolkata during my business trip. The breakfast had a very good variety with multiple options to choose from. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Overall, a great experience for business travelers with good service and a convenient stay.

My recent stay at Holiday Inn Kolkata Airport was quite disappointing. The property feels run down and in urgent need of a major renovation. The water had an unpleasant smell, and the bathroom fittings seem well past their usable life. The rooms do not live up to IHG standards, especially considering the price paid. Service quality was also underwhelming, with staff appearing poorly trained, except for the restaurant team, which was the only bright spot with decent service. Overall, not the experience one would expect from this brand.

We were unable to reach the hotel due to the hotel being in a location which was under water due to massive rain the night before. Tried calling the hotel for hours stranded in the airport because no taxi would take us there but they were unresponsive. In the rare occasions that we got through they would drop the call before transferring it to reservation(for airport pickup). We had no other choice but to move to another hotel after waiting in the airport for 4 hours. They we’re not friendly at all. They know that the Kolkata was in a rare case of cloud burst which was an act of God. No one can predict it. In a matter of just 4 hours we lost 8,000 rupees just like that. They kept denying to approve our refund because of a technicality given the situation that their hotel was not accessible by car due to flood. They also lied to us that calls kept getting through when we have been calling both in their given number and the online number they provided in trip.com for hours. Definitely not booking here again.

The price paid for the room is not worth staying at this hotel. 1. No hair dryer, no refrigerator 2. The food is not very tasty, it is traditional Indian food. 3.There is limited parking for Uber in front of the hotel.

I booked a deluxe twin bed room but they provide sinngle & their room was not good. Ac problem, refrigerator missing. In room service I called for a towel but they were busy & did not send it to the room. Even for laundry & two sweets they charge high..

The staff forgets sometimes for what they have asked the client to hold on. Happened with me, whereas I was asked to wait during check-in and later the same person asked me why I was waiting.

Good place.

Need to upgrade the cleaniness,hygiene.

Nice hotel, close to airport if you have connecting flight the following day.

The location is near the shopping mall , the staff is very good service and friend

It is a comfortable hotel to sleep in, delicious breakfast and nice hotel staff.

We usually stay here when stopping over in Kolkata as it's conveniently located. You can catch an Uber to the airport for around 150 rupees. It's located next to a supermarket and just down the road is a nice shopping center. The staff were very attentive and helpful even though it was a busy time.
