We had a stay for 2 nights in the hotel in Dec'24. Honestly, we felt that the Hotel misses out on basic things that just gives a feeling that those are not a priority for them. 1. Extremely Noisy room— We were given a room that was next to a service lift/generator room that made noise all the time, so much so that we had to call reception to find out why so much noise was coming. They never responded. But we figured it out eventually. Why they would have a room next to such a noise-making area is beyond me. 2. Response time - Somehow, almost all the time when we called housekeeping or room service, there was a significant wait time before someone answered the call. Especially, housekeeping never answered. We had to call the reception to get through to them. 3. Chaos during Morning breakfast - It seemed like the staff at the restaurant struggled with the morning buffet breakfast crowd. Cutlery not available, and food not being replenished on time in the buffet were a common sight during our stay. It would be unfair if we only called out the problems without mentioning the Good part about the property - 1. Spacious room 2. Proximity to the beach We think that the property deals with a lot of guests in the peak season and maybe due to that, has not been able to give attention to smaller details that impact customer experience. it would be good for the property to review their improvement areas during the peak season
