The cleanliness of the hotel is very poor and the bedsheets and duvet provided is not clean was smelling ,,,I never recommend this hotel for booking ,,,,,if you had already booked cancel it and rebook

The hotel is well located. Very clean. The rooms are cleaned well. The staff is friendly. The restaurant is great. But we could hear the noise from the restaurant in our room. This can be considered a small minus. Overall, everything is great.

make my trip cheating the costemers because at the time of booking you are allowing child below 17 years old...but when we reach there they will not allow the child.... we have to pay 1000/- rupees extra per child.. i paid extra Rs.2,000/- for 2 child+ Rs.3140 rent

We had booked two AC double rooms for 4 persons. Reached the hotel 3 hours before the check-in time of 12 noon. Kept the luggage at reception and went to the Mookambika temple. Temple is just 1 minute walk from the hotel is so convenient. After darshan and window shopping various curio shops around the temple we checked in. Rooms were excellent. Toilet was so neat and hygienic. Only one complaint. Bed was too soft!
Hotel staff was so cooperative and fulfilled all our needs. TV in one of the rooms was not working which was promptly attended by the staff technician. When we informed that our favourite channels were missing the staff technician immediately changed the set top box and we could get the channels.
The restaurant attached to the hotel is super excellent. After initially trying some other nearby hotel, we stuck to Hotel Mahalakshmi for our breakfast, lunch and dinner. Top mark to south Indian thali (Rs 130/-).
All in all we had a pleasant stay at Hotel Mahalakshmi. 100 percent sure we will stay here next time we visit Mookambika temple.

Decent stay for the purpose one visit as pilgrims. However the bed spreads & pillows quality should be improved.
