Amazing Hotel. Rooms are spotless and a lady called on us each evening to check that we were happy with everything. The food was amazing with choices for the three courses and the staff were so very efficient and friendly. The sun beds are comfortable, clean and there are enough for all the guests. The poolside bar staff were always cheerful no matter what time of the day and actually remembered what we liked to drink. This is a 4 Star Hotel but really is a 4 Gold Star Hotel! Can’t wait to go back.

Just spent a week at the Grand Bay Beach Resort and had a fabulous time. From arrival to departure nothing was a problem to the people who work there. Room was lovely, clen towels twice a day and also towels to use on the beach. Food was excellent and enough choice for everyone. The town has more than enough if you are looking for a quiet relaxing time. Finally but certainly not least, a big thanks to Andreas, Kostas and Mateo who not only look after you at the bar persevere in teaching some Greek. 10/10 all day long, we will be back again

Excellent stay, all the staff were great and very helpful. The choice and quality of food was fantastic, nice rooms and a lovely situation well away from the manic area in the vicinity of Chania. Beautiful views and only a short distance to some lovely areas. Hotel is situated right next to the beach.

Wonderful hotel for adults. Service is exceptional and facilities are very good. The entertainment every other night was of high quality, although quite loud on occasions so sometimes difficult to chat to other guests. We both found the quality and choice of food excellent. Location is near a small fishing harbour which suited us but, probably not for anyone looking for a party town/hotel. A number of interesting sites within walking distance for anyone wanting to get out and about as well as fishing, diving and boat trips available from the harbour.

Lovely hotel, so relaxing, no loud music or games around a pool..great staff, food ,location. No negative points from us.. would return today…..The bus to Chania stops right outside the hotel and is well worth the journey.. Nice short stroll up to the local monastery.. The village is small but has enough shops and a supermarket if you run out of things…There are a few restaurants and bars too, some overlooking the sea. All in all a lovely place.

Excellent holiday. The location is so pretty, woke everday with the sound of the ocean. We stayed in the Junior suit room with the shared pool, very clean and large, fresh towels everyday if we wanted them, sun lounger towels provided too. The housekeeping team are very thorough and always happy to help if needed. Natasha on reception is also brilliant, i forgot my phone charger but she soon dealt with it with a friendly smile and recharged my phone. The whole team of staff work extremely hard to ensure every guest is happy, The restaurant meals are the best a varied menu. Always a huge chilled fresh fruit and salad bar, fresh every day. Traditiin Greek favourites along side all internationally dishes from breakfast to the evening meal. A special mention of excellent customer service from Mateo, Madalin, karolain, and Natasha, Sarantos . Also Zoe who keeps everything 5 stars, ensuring every guest is happy and enjoying there holiday.

Just returned from a holiday here. Just a week, which is perfect to visit Chiania, etc. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with smiles. Mateo served our first drink, and we knew we had found the perfect place. Kostas, Andreas, Madeline all made sure we never went thirsty Katerina on reception and Zoe who can magically remember everybody's room number! Sarantos who ensured our mornings never started before 'more coffee please' and all the staff, you made it amazing thank you

Had a lovely stay here, relaxed and chilled beach front hotel, nice and clean inside, clean and comfy rooms, with outdoor pool and small gym. Buffet food is tasty, rooftop a la carte restaurant is also very nice. Staff are also very friendly.
