I had a great stay at Henn na Hotel Komatsu Ekimae. If you’re looking for a unique, tech-forward experience right in the heart of the city, this is definitely the place. The robot-assisted check-in is efficient and adds a fun, futuristic touch to the arrival process that you won't find at many other hotels.

As a foreigner it was a little difficult because the staff did not know English but that is to be expected when travelling but they were quick to understand my hand signs so that was fine. The check in was automated and has an English function. The room was super clean and had super good amenities. Location was good and super convenient.

everything is automatic. if you don’t wanna talk to anyone, this is the hotel! and everything else from check in to check out is very smooth. the hotel is just at the station. do not trust google and make you walk a longer distance.

The hotel’s location is right next to the JR Station, of which is excellent. There is no parking at the hotel but not difficult to get one from nearby. ¥400 for 24h is reLly a bargain.

Right outside the JR station... incredibly convenient. Self-service check-in... perfect for introverts traveling alone. The room facilities are very new and clean... and the value for money is just amazing! Highly recommend!
