We took our vacation as a family and stayed there for 4 days with a private beach and also nice and delicious food and there is also a play and a special event for children so they can have fun. In short, it is really a wonderful hotel for a family stay for conservative and religious families.

So overall, if you’re looking for a relaxing holiday doing no activities then it’s a nice place to go. In terms of food and entertainment very catered towards Turkish tourists mainly - nothing in English for English speakers but I guess that makes sense as we were in Turkey. Everything was clean and taken care of well. The food was very repetitive and very very bland. There was only a few corner shops around the hotel - nothing much to do or see so I got very bored after 2/3 days. The main reason I went to this hotel is because they have women’s only facilities and as a hijabi this was very appealing- I was mostly looking forward to not having to wear my headscarf in the pool but they make u wear a ‘bonnet’/swimming cap which in my opinion defeats the purpose - as I really just wanted to feel the sun on my head and it was the perfect opportunity to do it. So that was disappointing. The evenings were the most boring as there was absolutely nothing to do - the entertainment schedule was not clear and if there were shows we were never told when or where they were - when we did finally catch one again it was all in Turkish so we had no clue what was going on. I was very happy to finally leave this hotel tbh as it was just very boring.

We had an awesome stay at this luxury halal resort. Huge thanks to Tugce and Yigit, the friendly and helpful receptionists who helped us out even though we don’t speak Turkish. The separate men's and women's pools both with their own slides were great. The staff were all excellent. The resort is just a 5 minute walk from a beautiful beach. It’s perfect for families, with lots of free activities for kids like archery, water polo, and volleyball. The arcade and bowling cost extra, but the prices are reasonable. The food was fresh and tasty. The indoor jacuzzi and spa were really high quality. The only small issue was the music, which wasn’t halal, but overall, it was an amazing experience.

We are thrilled with the service at Bera Alanya. We left paper souvenirs in the dining room hours ago and were convinced that it was lost forever. We had taken special photos/souvenirs at Alanya Castle and were so excited to bring them home. After we spoke with Guest Relations Yigit and Tugce personally both assisted us and Yigit went into the dining room and found it for us. We are so thrilled with the experience - thank you to both!

Best hotel and resort! our family really enjoyed our stay here and would love to come again. All the staff especially Zubeida and Demet provide exceptional service and are always cheerful. Food is very good and there is a lot of variety. 10/10

Top service, friendly and welcoming staff, especially Zubeda. Really enjoyed our stay! The separate pools make it convenient for our family and the food had variety and was delicious too. I would definitely love to visit again. One of the best resorts I've been to.
