Clean, new, friendly, attentive staff. Pier really great to lay on for the day. Swimming in sea clear and calm and beautiful. Pools lovely and really nice to sit near at restaurant. Samat great in restaurant, Ali excellent cocktails in main bar.

We were on vacation at the hotel for almost two weeks with the whole family. We all liked it very much. The hotel is located right by the sea, so that is a very big plus. The food is fresh, delicious, the staff tries to make the stay more pleasant. What we remember for a long time is Turkish courtesy, kindness especially from the care of hotel guests Mr. Ramazan. He is a person from whom you can order dinner alla carte but not only. His kindness and care charmed us very much. Ramazan will advise you nicely on the alla carte menu and organize dinner that will be a really nice memory. We would also like to thank Mrs. Semet and Mrs. Yasin for taking good care of us during meals. But holidays are not just about food ... the weather - beautiful, the water is warm where you can really relax, the drinks are delicious, it is worth trying a hammam massage (we used one recommended to us by a resident from the travel agency) and it was wonderful experience. PS. - We recommend the rooms in building A - they are closer to the sea and are more convenient.

From entering the hotel to its amazing lobby I knew that this would be the most amazing stay. The staff is very professional and attention to the details is spot on. Food is amazing, drinks are superb. The biggest compliment goes to the entertainment team, Guinaz, Katya, Apoo And Hassan without them the stay wouldn't be the same.

Fantastic hotel, clean and delicious food. Just wanted to give a big shout out to Gozde! Gozde went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful time, and her attention to detail was impressive. Gozde was incredibly patient and accommodating with our 2-year-old, making sure we felt included and happy throughout our meals. Her warm smile and friendly demeanor made us feel right at home. We can't recommend Gozde enough - she's a true asset to the Aria Resort team. Thank you, Gozde, for making our dining experience and stay at Aria unforgettable!

The entertainment activities and the team were great. The rooms and the area of the gore and the restaurants were very clean. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The pool and the beach are and the slides are amusing. The service including the drinks provided all day at the hotel was amazing. All in all everything was great!

The hotel is graded as a 5 star not uk standard it’s 4 at best. Positive it’s really clean. Food bland, lukewarm and tasteless really disappointing as reviews state otherwise. Staff ok some uninterested. Rooms small, very little storage space and NO full length wardrobe so if you have dresses then they need to be folded. Entertainment ok not show quality. No bedside cabinets at either side of the bed only one. No bedside lamps. I booked this hotel on the strength of the trip advisor reviews which I must say are really misleading. All in all I was really unimpressed by the standard for the money payed. I upgraded to block A and premium room benefits which should have included alcohol in the mini bar which was not given. I did raise the issue with the hotel and they stated I will need to raise with the tour operator on my return. I attended the ala carte restaurant which was a complete let down and and I should have just passed on this and attended the bland buffet. The bed cover/ blanket was too small for the bed and made from a tea towel material. The cleaning staff work extremely hard and the hotel reflects same. It’s a really clean hotel. I wish someone would have given a genuine review on standard to allow me make an honest informed decision on whether this hotel was for me.

I could write a story about this place but I’ll keep it short and sweet. Firstly a special mention to the team, all of them were beyond attentive, kind and just incredible with our family. Samet, Emrelles, to name but a few made our first family holdiay unforgettable, they were always there for us, always made sure we had everything we needed, and always made sure we were ok, they made us feel at home. The entertainment team were incredible, so easy to get along with and the activities throughout the day kept you on your toes, the kids club was the perfect touch. The evening entertainment was perfect, kids club for my 2 year old which by the end of the week was full of confidence and dancing around on stage. The evening shows changed every night, which we loved, you never knew what you were going to get! The drinks were all perfect, lots of variety on offer and lots of snacks. The food choices were very good, and changed each night which was nice as you always had something new to try. The facilities were clean, easy to navigate and well maintained. I genuinely do not have a bad word to say about this resort, other than we were devastated to be leaving. We’re already booking for next year, and I think we’ve found our home away from home. Thank you team Aria, you were all amazing in your own ways and we can’t wait to see you all next year!
