The hotel was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. The pool and gym were clean. My favorite part was the breakfast; the staff and chefs did an amazing job, offering a 7-star restaurant menu every day – everything was delicious and fresh. The staff at the entrance were friendly and helpful. If we stay in Konya again, Nova Hotel would be our first choice without hesitation. There was a piano in the entrance, and the children really enjoyed it.

A beautiful and dream-like hotel in Konya! The service was excellent, and the hospitality was wonderful. It is located just 10 minutes away from the city center, offering a very relaxing and quiet atmosphere. We had an amazing and comfortable stay here.

We chose a smoking room because it was the only one available, but the heavy cigarette smell in the room was very bothersome. Even with the air conditioning running constantly, it wasn't enough. The open buffet breakfast had a rich and good quality selection. Overall, it's a nice hotel.

Standard Novotel experience. The room size was decent, and the hotel service was good. They generously provided four bottles of water, including one sparkling water. However, a minor drawback was that there was no bottle opener in the room, so I couldn't open the sparkling water.

we had a short accommodation at Novotel Konya, to attend a wedding and it was a disappointing stay. We arrive hotel early, we ask help for an early check-in, instead of helping, they let us check-in 45 minutes after the standard check-in time. The hotel needs renovation clearly, lifts are not enough, rooms are old and dirty, and interior doesnt feel like a 5-star hotel at all, it feels more like a cheap student dormitory room. It doesnt feel like a 5-star hotel at all. Not recommended.
