This onsen hotel is beautiful and have a great outdoor area with various plants. The o den both outdoor and indoor are very good. The environment is quiet and natural. One minor point is that I have sent messages to the hotel to have meal without pork and the breakfast on the second day offer me one dish with bacon and egg which I am not sure whether the hotel had received my message.

The environment was lovely; the red leaves in the hotel courtyard must have been stunning in autumn! The service was excellent! 👍 Because we arrived an hour early, they recommended we visit the nearby Green Water Garden! It was filled with weeping cherry blossoms, daffodils, and all sorts of flowers—very beautiful!

此次温泉之旅第一個全五星好評酒店，遙遙領先！服務熱情，簡潔明瞭，每個工作人員都具備極高的專業素養，以此為標桿現在入住新潟的4.9分的嵐溪莊比這家貴但就是典型的家庭民宿，專業度太差了，明顯虛高，之前住的山水莊也好但房間比不上這裏，莊助之宿沋之湯在這家面前不值一提，大車店。這家在磐梯熱海6分鐘走路路程，到了工作人員馬上就迎上來，入住辦理很快，然後享受抹茶和甜點，工作人員送進房間，一路上都有新鮮花藝點綴，房間太讚了，首推和洋式，有60平方米，窗外是園景，套房設計，有床更方便中國人的生活習慣，榻榻米又有日式風格，房間處處精心維護，插花清新給人好心情，隔音巨好，空調安靜，睡了此次旅遊最好的一覺。這房型在其他熱門旅遊景點會很貴，城崎温泉西村屋伍仟一晚房間都沒這好，大浴場氣派豪華，晚餐早餐都在包房享用，送餐流程行雲流水，調味高雅柔和有高級料亭的品味，退房後用車送我到車站，這是一次全五星好評的住宿體驗，我還想入住，因為交通便利可以住兩天，中間去其他周邊玩一玩。

住客不多，大浴場可獨享。庭園造景雅致，館內裝潢與掛畫講究細節，是一間有歷史底藴和安靜的溫泉旅館。晚餐不算太豐富，但以這價錢來講無可挑剔。
