Once we entered the hotel, the service and treatment were really good, not worse than those in star-rated hotels. There was free fruit. I remember there was a night shift guy who provided really good service. Because we mainlanders drink a lot of water, I called the front desk and the guy handled everything very well and promptly. He also asked us if we needed anything else. I told him that he would patiently explain to us what to do tomorrow, and even prepare a few bottles of water for us to drink on the way after check-out. Really considerate and comfortable stay. I am also grateful to the hotel for recruiting and nurturing such excellent employees.

The service attitude and hygiene are very good, but the underground parking space is not obvious. I arrived at night and parked in the underground garage, but I was blocked by someone the next day. He said it was his private parking space and called the police. Finally, I coordinated with him and gave him 100 yuan before letting him go. The bully didn't die. I hope the hotel security staff can manage it better
