The room facilities were all OK. However, the toilet in the room with the odd number I was initially given had a strong odor. After reporting this to the front desk, someone immediately offered to change our room. The staff was very welcoming and took us to many rooms until they found one we were satisfied with. They recommended the side with the even numbers.

This stay deserves full marks! From advance communication to check-out, every detail was comfortable and heartwarming. Two hours before check-in, Guest Relations Manager Ruby proactively contacted me, not only arranging my preferred room but also thoughtfully preparing Korla pears in the room – this early gesture instantly won me over. Upon arrival, the receptionist Kyle handled check-in efficiently and quickly, requiring only a few minutes of waiting; the concierge also proactively took my luggage and escorted it to my room, requiring absolutely no effort on my part. Unloading my luggage and lying down on the soft bed instantly melted away the fatigue of my journey. The next day, I dined at the Renaissance Restaurant. Although I knew it was a separate venue from the hotel and would take some time to get there, the abundant breakfast did not disappoint – everything was to my liking. Because I had to catch a flight at 2 PM, I messaged Ruby to ask if I could check out later than 2 PM, and she readily agreed, completely resolving my travel concerns. The room facilities were excellent overall, and the view of the snow-capped mountains from the window was incredibly lucky! The only minor issue was a slight odor in the room, but I'm not sensitive to smells and it didn't affect my overall experience at all. I'd definitely choose this place again next time! It was truly fantastic! 👍👍👍

AAnonymous UserCome visit Korla, Xinjiang in the United States as the Eid al-Adha festival approaches! The journey and the car ride were quite tiring. First of all, when we arrived at the hotel, there was an underground parking lot, which was very convenient and right next to the hotel. Once we entered the hotel, the service and treatment were really good, not worse than those in star-rated hotels. There was free fruit. I remember there was a night shift guy who provided really good service. Because we mainlanders drink a lot of water, I called the front desk and the guy handled everything very well and promptly. He also asked us if we needed anything else. I told him that he would patiently explain to us what to do tomorrow, and even prepare a few bottles of water for us to drink on the way after check-out. Really considerate and comfortable stay. I am also grateful to the hotel for recruiting and nurturing such excellent employees.

TTianhuangguThe room is actually better than the photos. The layout is very reasonable, the facilities are complete, the hygiene is very clean, and the elevator management is also very good and safe. You need to use the elevator to go upstairs. The mattress is especially comfortable. I am not disappointed. The front desk service is also very enthusiastic. OOld FoxI enjoyed my three days at this hotel. The carpets and rooms look dated and it is time for a serious refurbishment. But the bed was large and comfortable. The internet and air conditioning worked well. The ladies at the reception desk were kind, welcoming and in good spirits. The location is literally one minute from the train station which I found very convenient. A pleasant stay, xie xie!

GGuest UserI booked a 4th floor room and it was not clean. Hair all over the bathroom sink and shower area. Several pieces of floor tile are loose and the toilet has a strong sewage smell. After one awful night, I upgraded to a renovated room on the 3rd floor. Still not clean and hair and stain all over but at least there is no smell. The location is good and there are lots of restaurants around and the owner is nice and helpful.

[More love] In the morning, when you open the window, you will see the century-old Grand Bazaar awakening, white mist rising from the baked bun shop, sparks splashing in the clinking sound of the coppersmith shop, and the silver-bearded elder cuts melons for you with a smile in his wrinkles: ”It's very sweet, free.”

[Warmer] The raisins that the cleaning lady quietly puts in your pocket, the security uncle reminds you in stiff Chinese ”It's windy at night, so put on more clothes”, and the guy at the front desk blushes and plays the dutar folk song mixed with the scent of figs across the corridor.
The most unforgettable thing about this trip to Korla was packing the sincerity of my Uyghur friends into my suitcase. If you also want to experience the warm human feelings when you open the door like I do, rather than the cold feeling of a luxury high-end hotel, I strongly recommend the Jinlan Business Hotel hidden in the Grand Bazaar of Southern Xinjiang.

GGuest UserTreasure Hotel preferred for business trips! The most surprising thing is that the laundry service is particularly thoughtful and solves the trouble of travel laundry. The rooms are spacious and clean, the office area is bright and practical, and the air conditioning and network are very powerful. The staff is friendly and smooth from check-in to check-out. Although the location is not the city center, it is quiet and not noisy, it is very suitable for office rest, and I will book this next time I travel.
