When we came to the hotel today (26.08.2023), they informed us that no such reservation was made in our name. They say it was not us who made this mistake, but another friend of ours. I'm sorry, but you must take responsibility for the mistake made, we don't care who made which mistake. There has been a mistake, you should say sorry and find a solution. They tell us that the price of a 3+1 room is 1000 TL higher because there is no availability for the 2+1 room we reserved.
