We had a lovely stay. The reception team were particularly fantastic! They were always happy to help and were very attentive. The room was very clean, and was cleaned daily. The salad bar was amazing. Very fresh and lots of variety. The desert and fruit selection was also great. As a vegetarian, there was not always as many options and could occasionally be difficult to put together a main dish. Everything was labelled with vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free signs. The restaurant staff were also very attentive - very quick to clear away plates. There is a beach across the road with sunbeds, although, bear in mind that is more windy and so feels a bit colder than the pool side sunbed area within the hotel. Beach/pools towels are available from reception and can be changed daily. There was a daily activity schedule posted on the bulletin board which followed a similar structure of activites ach day. The animation/entertainment team were very enthusiastic and were more than happy to spend time chatting between activities. They make an effort to learn names and interact each day which was really nice, and even let us borrow Uno cards for the day. We particularly enjoyed the yoga/pilates/stretch sessions, and learning how to play Boccia. We did have some trouble with the air-conditioning which we raised with reception and maintenance came to check and try to fix it. It still didn't do a fantastic job at cooling the room, but we were able to leave the balcony door open to provide more air. Overall, we had a lovely time. It was a great location for a relaxing girl's holiday. Bear in mind, that the hotel is about a 45 minute walk from Kos town (there is a bus from outside the hotel!), and there are not many attractions close by. Bike hire is available from the hotel if you'd like to cycle around the area too. Special thank you to the Reception and Animation team from Emily & Mia.
