We had a great time at this family resort in Kos! The staff were super friendly, the pools were clean and fun for everyone, and the food had plenty of options to keep everyone happy. The rooms were comfortable and well-kept, and there was always something to do for both kids and adults. It’s a lovely place to relax and enjoy a family getaway. Would definitely recommend!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful resort. The facilities were top-notch, from the spacious rooms to the well-maintained pools and kid-friendly areas. The front office staff and guest experience team truly went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. They were always friendly, attentive, and quick to address any questions or needs we had. Every staff member we encountered was polite and professional, adding to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. It’s the perfect place for a family vacation, and we’re already looking forward to coming back! Highly recommend.

Owners of the shop on site are disgusting. We bought an inflatable ring off them for my daughter at the start of our holiday. "That was very over priced". It popped after 2 days. Owners of the shop wasn't interested and got Aggressive". My advice, buy one from down the road it's only a 10 minute walk and a fraction of the price. We bought two for less then the price of one from the on site shop and passed them to other kids when we left.

We raised a complaint with the Jet2 resort rep, the hotel management and the Jet 2 customer care team. None of which are prepared to resolve our complaint appropriately.  Please see below complaint details; We stayed here in October half term 2023 and had the most amazing holiday so we booked to come back for October half term 2024.Here is an honest list of issues encountered during our stay. It was certainly not the same as last year, very disappointing but what tainted the holiday even more was the attitude of the staff when concerns/complaints were made. The Jet 2 resort rep wasn't even aware the hotel had planned to do this. She was as helpful as she could be but did not come back to the resort the last two days of our stay even though she said she would due to the amount of issues and complaints being made. - Coin machine was not filled up so we couldn't play pool. No shops locally to get change as closed for the season. - Pool table €2 per game should be €1. Pool balls missing or mixed up between tables. - No kids buffet. It was open last year and the section is still there but no food. - Ice cream was left empty for days. Only replenished the second to last day when lots of complaints were made. - Lights randomly switched off one night in the resort at night. H & S risk. - Drinks, water and coffee machines are broken and not fixed at all. Bottles of pop provided which were hot. - Our room towels were wrong every day, we are a family of 4 and everyday only got 2 towels even after many complaints. - No milk in the room but coffee and tea... Milk appeared when I left a couple of euros next to the coffee. Not great service. -  Frozen burgers in the buffet restaurant. Food poisoning potential, lucky we had cut the burgers in half for the kids first and they did not eat them. - Frozen in the middle dessert cakes and defrosted ice cream. - Weird cooked apples and grilled pineapples for breakfast the last few days clearly filling gaps and using things up. Last year had hash browns and bagels, none this year. - No sparkling wine from the start of the holiday and they refused to get some as they were closing on the 31st October (our last day) but multiple people complained so they finally got some round 2/3 days before we left. -  No entertainment day time or evening from 27th October even though it is advertised to be on until 31st October. - No kids club but an empty room you could go in with an uncomfortable member of staff. - Amphitheater bar shut from the start of our holiday. - Amphitheater shut from the start of our holiday. - Greek and Tex Mex shut on Sunday 29th October even though it is advertised to be available until the 31st October. We didn't get a chance to go to the Greek as it was booked up but managed to use the Tex Mex but only at 9pm which was not ideal with a 6 year old as it was too late. - Limited buffet, we came last year and they offered roasted meat/carvery but there was basic food this year.  - Beach bar shut from Monda

The hotel itself was lovely, the food and entertainment were also incredible. However, this review is a massive Thankyou to the guest relations team. They organised my proposal for myself and my now fiancée. It was a 3 course meal on the beach with hands on personal service which was absolutely excellent. They made the whole evening extremely smooth for my nervous partner and magical for myself! I couldn’t thank the team more for such a memorable evening. If any events need to be planned they listen to every request and make sure it is up to a 10/10 standard.

We stayed on the adults only section of the hotel and really appreciated the sea view and quiet pool area...the room was very spacious and tidy... The reception staff are extremely friendly and helpful.. booked us taxis and explained where was worth visiting around the island...the adults only bar is situated next to reception which was lovely in the evening.. classy and peaceful... Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Having just come back from a week here with 2 children (5 and 7), I would recommend this hotel. The hotel itself is really spacious, with low rise apartment blocks. It has 4 pools including a baby pool and a splash pool with plenty of sunbeds, playground, football pitch, tennis courts, basketball court and archery. In the evening, they did face painting and mini disco every night. The staff were all lovely, so we all had a great time! Location wise, there is a sandy beach just over the road with hotel sunbeds which was great. Marmari is about 1k away and is really small and quiet, but you can hire bikes, cars or buggy cars to tour around and the bus to Kos Town stops right outside the hotel and takes about 20mins. The food was good, a mix of breads, hot and cold food, fresh salads, good desserts, ice cream etc. And there was a snack bar if you didn't fancy the restaurant for lunch. There was always pizza, chips or pasta and ice cream for the kids. However this hotel could be so much better. It definitely had end of season vibes about it. Although the lady who did kids club was lovely, she clearly didn't really want to be there and so half of the activities didn't happen, the kids were just left to their own devices really if they went unless it was face painting or drawing. They didn't use the amphitheatre for evening entertainment which was a shame as I could imagine it being so good there, instead there was a little stage by the pool bar. And there wasn't much live cooking going on or kids corner to lift the restaurant. The gym could also do with a face lift. As I said this didn't ruin our holiday at all, but everywhere I looked I could see potential for more from elements that were closed or in need for a bit of a touch up which was a shame that we didn't get to experience the full peak vibes even though the hotel was really busy.

The beds a super comfortable, Everywhere is kept clean. The food is lovely with good choice for someone who wants to eat healthier. The only let down was the evening entertainment and lack of what I like at the bar due to being the end of the season.
