place is filthy the food absolutely rank not enough staff the rooms are stinking of damp the bathrooms full of mould its very remote too also way too many pissed up loud and obnoxious holiday makers and feral kids was that bad i only managed 2 nights there booked another hotel for the remainder of my holiday.

AVOID AT ALL COST I have travelled all my life and this is the worst ever place I have ever been. I arrived at the Resort at 1am on Monday 2nd of June and left the place by 10am and flew black to the UK. I will now take this matter with TUI, the tour operator seeking full refund and compensation. To explain to you, I owned a hotel in the UK for over 10 years and I work in Facilities Management operating in the leisure sector so I am well placed to comment on this hotel The room allocated smell rotten, the toilet not flushed for a while, there were mould all over the bathroom. It was disgusting. The restaurant was as bad and you can see it from the pictures There is clearly not enough cleaning staff on site. at 5am on the 2nd of June, the floor was sticky, there were food lying around everywhere on the floor... Please check the pictures. If this hotel would have been in the UK, it would have been shut for non compliance. For TUI to allow customers to stay there, I am afraid, they should be ashamed of themselves. As I say, DO NOT STAY THERE !! You may put your life at risk of food poisoning .. and other H&S matters.

Had a great stay. Rooms were great, up a few steps but thats expected when up in the hills. Family room was also nice that my family had and was easy next to pool, restaurant etc. Food is edible, easy to ask someone if unsure of anything. Easy to get a sunbed and great choice of different pools and the main pool activities such as water polo, darts, beer pong.. Free shuttle bus to kos town but have to book in advance due to the mass amount of people staying in the hotel, however, reception can ring for Taxi to Kos which is between €10-€15. Theres always room for improvement and love no matter where you go…Mainly the manager/director was so rude and miserable with her own staff and the entertainers and forcing them for example, to cut music off early..even when it’s being played quiet. That aspect ruined the evenings within the hotel for a lot of other guests too that were staying for their holidays… but other than that, we had no problems.

Start with the positives...... The pools, so many to choose from and most of them clean. The Views from this hotel are the real selling point, just stunning! We also didn't mind the food. Not all to our taste, but we do like trying different things. Now the negatives...... The cleanliness, our room, wasn't cleaned properly once. The cleaners would come in make the beds, and that's it. Halfway through the holiday they took the sheets of my daughters bed and just left a stained mattress. Their cleaning trolly was also left in our outdoor seating area each night with cleaning products on (not that they got used) which was disgusting considering we had 3 kids who could have got anything off it. There isn't enough staff. They are worked to the bone without days off (they will freely tell you). No one has a smile on their face (understandable), but not nice when you're a guest. We even witnessed the manageress shout at one staff member until her cried! I don't care what he had done, it wasn't the time of the place and should definitely not be done infront of guests! We booked 2 rooms. They put us in 1 when we arrived and then halfway through the holiday demanded another resort fee, because we booked 2 rooms! The jet2 rep quickly sorted this, thankfully. The entertainment or lack of. 2 staff, no kids club despite one being advertised. The lady was friendly and worked vert hard but just not enough for the size of the hotel. The lifeguards don't watch the pools. Just sit on their phones all day with headphones in. On our last day, sewage flooded the main walkway and into the restaurant, which they then kept open! Our room was so dated and smelt unclean all the time. The walls were crumbling, and we had to keep telling the kids not to touch them. The bath also leaked. We did have some good times here but would definitely not recommend or return. The bad outweighed the good!

Good location with sea view, many pools, all cocktails all inclusive. I really liked the service at the reception, if there were any problems, they were solved as quickly and as best as possible. Cleaning, in my opinion, needs better. But at this price it is understandable. The staff, in my opinion, is not enough in this hotel. The food is quite tasty, there is plenty to choose from, something for yourself. Maybe I will come here again next year.

You get what you pay for at this resort. I will say that our room 125 was clean upon arrival… the furniture was a little dated but the king size bed was very comfy. The room was cleaned and bedding changed 3 times on our 10 day stay. The staff were really helpful and couldn’t do enough for you if approached with right attitude. We were given one bottle of water the entire stay but there were facilities to refill. The food was ok and the range adequate for all three meals. The pools were dirty when we arrived (floating plastic cups and leaves) but a couple of days in they got on top of this and were great for remainder of stay. Also not too cold. The bar and 1 staff was not adequate for the amount of guests and the beer was tasty but seemingly non alcoholic as never affected you. The bottom shelf alcohol made the cocktails not great but the bar staff did the best they could. Definitely bring duty free if you like a tipple. Everyone’s kids seemed to have a good time and animation did the best they could with limited resources. Would I go back…. No… but an enjoyable stay nonetheless.
