Lovely hotel, good food and brilliant staff. Very big hotel but would recommended to others. Very was in a room Very close to swimming pool and close to the stage where they do most of day and night time activities but once our door was shut we couldn't hear a thing. Nice little shop over road to walk to and we did the visit to bodrum while was there and it was very easy even with a 1 year old.

Just returned from this great hotel after a weeks holiday. First visit to Kos and we loved it. The hotel is great , with lots of amenities and activities. The staff are amazing, end of the season and still as fresh as at the start! Food was fantastic with different choices every day, and many many locations to choose from from snacks, smoothies, coffees, beers to al cart dining. Had a few issues to start with - the main building isn’t ideal for guests wanting quiet! The nightly discos are right outside the window and they are loud. And I mean loud! Also you have the noise from the daily hustle and bustle so no afternoon quiet seistas. I would suggest the close all those rooms and turn into a proper evening party space, away from guests who are sleeping. ( we were moved but sadly took nights for them to find another room!) so avoid the rooms with 1 at the start if you want peace. The nightly entertainment was ‘ok’ but expected better from a five star resort. One round of bingo took almost an hour! The Greek dancing was crammed behind a large glass dome so only a few could see it! The ‘finding dreamland’show was I must say amateur. Saw many people walking out. It was messy, badly choreographed and just odd something I’d expect at a children’s birthday party - not 5* hotel Talking of entertainment- a large board in the main lobby with daily events would have been great - didn’t find out until day five we had to download an app! Those were my only issues the holiday was great, amazing beachfront location with fantastic sunsets!! I would say it’s more focussed towards families than couples there didn’t seem to be any adult only areas /bars/restuarants

Absolutely fantastic holiday. Lovely hotel, lovely location and Staff were incredible. Dimitris and Kali were great. They deserve a big shout out for going way above what was expected of them. Never had bar staff or waiters so engaged and keen to engage customers and ensure they have a great time. Without them this would have been a totally different holiday. Entertainment staff were fantastic. They were great with the kids and also they integrated themselves with the adults later in the evening. Lou, Cavan, Celine and Lenny stood out and went the extra mile to make you feel welcome. The restaurant staff were brilliant and very attentive and there are a couple of bars and restaurants nearby if you fancy a change. Can't recommend this hotel more for a family holiday.

We had a lovely vacation at the Atlantica Marmari Palace. The resort has a fantastic location right by the beach, and the multiple pools gave us plenty of spots to relax. The room was spacious and spotless, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The food was varied and tasty, especially the themed dinners. It did get a bit crowded on dinner time, but the overall service and amenities made up for it.

My partner and I decided to finally book our first ever all-inclusive holiday. Marmari Palace was a good fit for all our criteria and in hindsight, we made an excellent choice. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a glass of lovely lemonade and advised to have something to eat before check in as the restaurant was closing in 15 minutes, which was a nice touch. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful and has more character than the pictures give it credit for. It is well laid out and provides areas suitable for everyone; the activity pool for games and the swim-up bar, kids' pools and quieter pools for those who prefer to relax to the sound of the beautiful water feature. The resort is kept very clean and tidy. The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for us. They were extremely polite and very attentive. At meal times, staff were very quick to bring drinks to the table and collect finished plates. The room was lovely and despite having an inland view, we were still looking out onto the resort. It had everything we needed including a few complimentary drinks (plus drinking water) in the mini bar, a hairdryer and some mini toiletries. The beds were extremely comfortable. However, I must point out the issues we faced with the air conditioning. It did work, but made an awful rattling sound which woke us up several times during the night for the duration of our stay and leaked with so much water we had to keep towels on the floor to avoid slipping. We mentioned the issue to reception on our first day and we were told it would be looked at by maintenance. It wasn't until day six (the day before we left) that maintenance came by. We perhaps should have chased reception, but it wasn't clear if the air conditioning was already looked at with no fix in the time we'd be staying. The food was absolutely wonderful. We ate at the buffet every day and there was a wide variety of choice and had something for everyone. Everything was very fresh (minus a seafood salad I had which was very dry) and was made with care. Each evening had its own theme; I particularly enjoyed the evening focussed around fish which had a live musician. As others have mentioned, the reservation of sun beds is a real issue in this resort. Unfortunately my partner and I struggled to find sun beds on a few occasions. One morning we left for breakfast at just after 9am and every sun bed around the activity pool had a yellow towel on, but of course there was not a single person around the pool at that time. The hotel has a sign up asking guests not to reserve beds, but I didn't at any point see this enforced. We visited the beach at sunset one evening which we are so pleased we did. It was so relaxing having a walk along the seafront seeing the sun go down - I highly recommend doing this. We were very impressed with the entertainment and booked on to do a couple of activities each day. I particularly enjoyed the tennis courts and archery lessons. My partner had a brilliant ti

Recently returned from a week holiday at Marmari palace with a friend. This hotel and resort is beautiful, the atmosphere has the right balance between relaxing and energetic. There are chill out areas and more lively areas to suit every mood/need. Our room was clean and comfortable. The housekeeping staff were excellent and very helpful when my friend was unwell and bought us additional water and towels. All staff from the reception staff to the entertainment staff to the restaurant staff were always friendly, helpful and welcoming. The food is of good quality and there is a wide choice catering for all dietary needs. We also dined at all 3 of the al-a-carte restaurants as one visit per restaurant was included in our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed all our meals. I have returned feeling refreshed and reenergised. One minor negative comment would be that there needs to be more than one electronic booking machine for activities and restaurants as sometimes there was a queue. Thank you to all the staff and Marmari Palace for an amazing holiday.

Staying at TML marmari palace has been great experience for our family. Pros: 1. The place is kept at very high standard of cleanliness, and in fact all day every day you can see cleaners, gardeners etc, moving around and maintaining the club. 2. Rooms are comfortable and modern, we are in 4 and we had a king size bed, a single bed for the toddler and a cot for the baby. Our room has been taken care of everyday by Poppy, such an adorable lady which cleaned thoroughly every day. Thank you :) Before our arrival we contacted TML and Athina replied promptly to our requests and managed to accomodate all of them, including our preferred building, and gave us a beautiful room with a bit of sea view too. You can meet her around the club everyday and she’s always kind and offer advices on what to visit and see around the island. 3. For children this place is just fantastic, the entertaining team works really hard to allow children to enjoy their stay, from the kids club to dancing disco every day, including breakfast meet up appointments. 4. There are 3 restaurants that can be booked once per every week of stay, they overall were nice, but the main restaurant/buffet magico is really good. Plenty of food choice, vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options are available too. The team in the main restaurant are fantastic, a special thank you to Michaela, Rafael, Stamatia and Berstrant for being always welcoming, caring and nice towards all of us and our daughters which received plenty of treats and loving attentions. A thanks to Dyonisis for getting me room service one evening I had to leave the restaurant to bring back the baby to the room. I was not expecting it, and it was such a lovely surprise. 5. If you love swimming pools, this place will not disappoint you. There are so many pools and space that you can always find a sun-beds near the swimming pool of your choice. 6. The club offers loads of scheduled activities every day, that can be booked through the app or just drop in. 7. Kos is beautiful, it is worth to rent a car to discover various popular beaches, Zia town, kefalos etc. The car rental service inside the club is Kosmos, it has excellent prices and the business is managed by Nathalia which I was so pleased to meet. Really honest and hassle free service, with fees better than the one offered at the airport and huge selections of cars. 8. We arrived very late at night and the receptions waited on us with food bag on our arrival. Cons: 1. one not positive note is the checkout system: it is expected at 12, and they don’t offer courtesy rooms. Even if you pay for the extra day, you’ll have it until 6pm, so we asked for a courtesy room to change clothes and have a shower as our flight was after midnight. The space was allocated at the spa placed underground with many stairs to get there, and no lift available which can be a problem if you have a baby and push chair like us. I have asked at the reception how I can have a shower and get there w

Visited August 2024, arrived home this morning. We are a family of 4, with a 14 and 11 year old. The hotel itself is brilliant, the pool scene is second to none. We loved the lane swimming, the main pool with music and swim up bar, and the family relax pool near our suite, The grounds are kept immaculate, constantly, from the gardeners to the man painting the curbs. Everyone worked hard to keep it clean, despite the 38 degree heat. The food in the main restaurant was amazing. All well labelled for allergies. Two of us have gluten intolerance and didn’t get glutened once. The chef offered to make GF pasta or pizza if we wanted but there was so much other choice every day for 10 days that we didn’t need it. The variety of meat, fish and salad was impressive. Again the staff worked so hard, sometimes a long shift at gyros pita, snack bar by the pool (which the kids loved, not GF) and then working in the evening in the restaurant. The array of desserts was better than we’ve seen before. Although as expected there weren’t really gluten free options, which was sad, but always so much fabulous fruit. Our favourite was Fotini at the vitamin bar, always happy and smiley, and made our days, lovely to have fresh fruit smoothie options all day. Also so nice to have a coffee bar with real coffee available (kids loved the cake too, no GF options though). The entertainment team worked hard, I did a few classes in the fitness area which I enjoyed. They weren’t afraid to push you if you are able, which is good and not usually experienced at other resorts, where classes tend to be more tame. As others have said most of the families were German so my 14 year old struggled to make friends, no English in any of the teens activities. She joined in with them and the entertainment team at the beach party though, on our last night, which she enjoyed. One member of the team in particular grabbed her to get her involved which made her happy. Not sure of her name, but she is short, with long blonde hair. Thank you. Sadly my son was injured so didn’t play much football, but so good to have the pitch to play on. My husband used the gym which had everything he needed and had air con. We both had massages, which were good, but nothing special. My daughter and I went on a couple of trips with TUI which were great, recommend Kos Selection. Lifeguards at most pools, effectively monitoring the pools, which are tested and cleaned regularly, We stayed in room 6002 which was an ideal location. It was a basement room but comfy and everything we needed. Special shout out to our cleaner who was excellent. We enjoyed the beach, although it’s smaller than I expected, the sea is lovely to swim in and we had fun on the kayaks. Oh and the sunsets at the beach are unreal. Only negative would be lack of Gluten free desserts, and it’s so so hot in August, obviously nothing to do with the hotel! We rarely go back to the same hotel, but highly recommend this one and would definitely return. Than
