Hotel is in a great location and the staff are super helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. We are about to stay here for the 3rd time, so would definitely recommend.

The location is very convinient and the personel were friendly, but the management was too strict. We got 4 bed room with our trip.com reservation for a family four, but they wanted to charge extra 30 euros, claiming that our 16 year old dauther cannot be considered as child, even though I showed them a confirmed reservation form trip.com for a 3 adult and 1 child (in trip.com page under 18 year old kids are considered as child). They said they would give a discount of 3 Euros out of 30 Euros, showing a sympathy! We accepted to pay 27 Euros not to waste our short vacation time. But, then, they charged 3 more Euros at the check out time, saying that is for the tax and they forgot about it! The two beds for our son and dauther were sofas, not comfortable. The airconditioners were not cooling enough. The room quality is not for a 4-star hotel, barely 3-star hotel.

The hotel is beautifully located, you can walk straight into the center.
We had rooms with a harbor view which was very good, the beds were fine, but the bathroom is outdated and was difficult with the shower in the bath. Breakfast was very good. Definitely will come back.

I stay with great pleasure every time I go to Kos. Close to everywhere, rooms are spacious and clean, breakfast is excellent.

Good location, service? Even if the rooms are emptied and cleaned at 11, they do not give it until 15, They are unsympathetic in this regard, the toilet bowl in the bathroom is very old and black stained inside, Some lights are white like a hospital, some are yellow, some are messy, There are no sockets at the head of the bed, There is no socket in the bathroom
