Best all inclusive I have been to in Europe. Resort is stunning . We stayed in a hot tub room on the beach front . The staff were amazing , special shout outs to Maniola and the manager Stefanos . Food is really good , especially the med al la carte. Drinks are well made , entertainment is good too. Will come back .

We really enjoyed our holiday at this hotel and would definitely go again. We had a lovely room with a great view. We sat by the quiet pool with a brilliant cafe where we got crepes every day! We visited the buffet restaurant and the a la carte which offered good options of delicious food. Big thank you in particular to Melissa and Dimitras in the Greco Cafe, supplying us with lovely drinks, crepes, toasties and ice creams! Abby and Orgestis in the Apollo Bar kept us amply supplied with great cocktails and a special shout out to Themis, Guest Relations Manager.

We had a lovely stay here,we had our own pool garden view so private, food and restaurants so good with great staff, the views from the hotel are stunning, only reason not 5 score was because of one staff member on the front desk and some housekeeping issues, bed huge and very comfortable and quiet at night didn't get disturbed important to us ,hotel is large and busy but we did find quieter spots

Once again we had an exceptional stay at the Oceanis Beach Hotel. Our room was superb, jacuzzi suite on the sea front, had all the amenities we needed, and was beautifully clean as usual. The hotel itself was top class as usual, great food, great entertainment, and a lovely clientele that comes with it. Highly recommend the Italian restaurant, some of the most beautiful pasta dishes and pizza I’ve tasted! We did have two niggles which was our front door lock, and the WiFi dropped in our room. However one call to reception and they are solved within minutes - amazing service as usual! As always it’s the staff that keeps this well oiled machine running, and the list of stand out staff gets bigger each year for me. George & Antonis - your hospitality in the restaurant is second to none, you live and breathe your job, and your service to us is nothing but exceptional. Thank you for everything you do! Emine, Paulos & Fatima - Amazing service at the Meltimi Restaurant. Service with a smile guaranteed as always with some amazing food! Also again to Paulos for keeping our drinks topped up at the pool bar! Themis & Steffanos as usual rallying the troops making sure every stay is as perfect as can be. Thank you to our room maid Lola - our room was serviced with passion and she always did everything with such a smile. And last but not least, shout out to Popa, for being.. Popa! Everyone mentioned are assets to this hotel - and make our holidays sensational. They all feel more like family than staff. Massive THANK YOU to you all. φίλοι μου να προσέχετε και να χαμογελάτε. θα επιστρέψουμε. σας ευχαριστώ για όλα, είστε όλοι καταπληκτικοί!

I am here now and am absolutely appalled that the bars do not have enough staff - 1 person serving at the main lobby bar and queues of 20 to 30 minutes just to get a drink in aTui Blue Hotel!!!!! The waiting staff either do not understand or forget what you have ordered if you do manage to get them to serve you! Not good enough!

Lovely hotel set in a idilic are of Kos, however, every night there’s a queue at the bar where you’re having to wait minimum 20 minutes. Two bar staff serving this is not acceptable for this hotel. Insufficient seating in the lounge area when there’s no entertainment. More staff needed which would resolve this issue 🙁

This was our 4th visit, so clearly we like it. We were disappointed initially as we had requested the same room as the previous year, but on arrival early hours, we were allocated a different room. Once we had spoken to Themis, Reservations Manager, she cleared this up for us and all was good. As early season, they did not appear to be fully staffed, and after talking to some staff this was apparently due to some changes in management as well as more hotels within the area. Overall, we had a lovely stay, we enjoy our days, relaxing in the sunshine, visiting Kos town and recharging our batteries. I only had one annoyance, and this was trying to get a drink in the evening. This really needs to be addressed. When asking the drinks staff who were circulating, especially Lezlie, she would say she would come back but wouldn't, she would target certain customers, presumably the ones who tipped, and tell you she couldn't take your order as already had too many wrote down. This is clearly not acceptable. New lady Rosa, was very polite and new and did her best to get us a drink on our last evening, even though she was clearly not trained. I heard several people complaining about the service and I feel if addressed with more proficient, trained staff, who did not pick and choose, customers would be a lot happier, including us. We encountered staff we remembered from previous visits, these included, of course, Antonis, amazing at his job, so friendly and making everyone feel special. Yiorgos, always at his own pace, but we really liked him. Bar young man in the evening, he was new but very good at his job. Also need to mention Lorena, recognised us from Day 1, lovely hardworking lady, a pleasure to chat to. There was a very handsome young man in the dining hall, he was forward thinking and efficient. Another older gentleman also called Yiorgos, lunch time, he was new but so so polite, a true gentleman. Our cleaner for the week, sorry don't know her name, but she catered for all the jacuzzi rooms by the beach, always had a hello and a wave and did an excellent job. We love this place so much, we have booked already for next May, and hope it continues to live up to our expectations. Thank you once again, Oceanis Beach.

Overall, a lovely stay & would return. Rooms comfy & clean, tasty food with lots of options & staff really friendly & helpful. Food in Cullinarium restaurant was lovely.Entertainment was ok but didn't really see all of it. Beach was nice but very pebbly, so wear beach shoes. Couple of negatives - late arrival at 9.20pm & no food available until 11pm. Should have been offered something really, as not our fault bus delayed & last drop off! We weren't told about how to book at a la carte restaurants, so by the time we found out, only just got into one. Would advise to catch the girl early in the breakfast restaurant and book up asap, as this only way to book. Finally, although room advertised as garden view, ours looked down onto a courtyard & the entertainment area. I felt this was false advertising really. We were offered to look at a different room the next day, but decided to make do. On the positive, the entertainment finished at 11pm, so quiet after that. If you do actually want our version of a garden view & more quiet, you'll need to ask for a room at the front of the hotel. A few niggles but overall it was a lovely holiday.
