My parents have been here 9 times and recommended it to me and my partner. All I can say is I’m so glad they did as it was amazing, the staff go above and beyond for everyone. The food is outstanding and the a la Carte restaurants are exceptional thank you so much to you all for an amazing 2 weeks at your Hotel. We will definitely be returning ❤️❤️

We returned from this amazing hotel on the 7th of September, all I can say is wow, the hotel is absolutely stunning and so clean, the staff were all so friendly and nothing was too much trouble, we had seen the negative reviews regarding the food but we couldn’t fault the food, there was a massive choice and everything was fresh, there was a salad bar with lots of different salad dishes and seafood choices, there was at least five choices of meat and fish every night, the hotel is so relaxing and there was always Sunbeds on the beach which we went to most days, the pool areas do get busy and people were on them at 8.00 , the quiet pool had spaces usually but you will struggle if you leave it after 10.30. There were people who tried to put a towel on to reserve their Sunbeds but staff did remove them if the bed wasn’t occupied. The quiet pool has a lovely snack bar that opened at 10 am and you could get crepes, toasties and tea and coffee, you can also get ice cream from this snack bar, the staff come round and you can order your drinks and they will bring them to your sunbed. The bar on the beach doesn’t serve any food but they have plentiful drinks and hot drinks. On arrival we received a food bag as we were on a late flight and the fridge in the room was replenished every day. The hotel is quite secluded so there wasn’t anywhere you could have a walk to, there is a shop about 10 minutes walk away and it is much cheaper than the shop in the hotel. There are plenty of daytime activities and the evening entertainment wasn’t bad. The dining room gets really busy between 7.30-8.00 so we tried to avoid this time, the a la carte restaurants are amazing and definitely worth a visit, the rooms are quite a good size and the air conditioning is the best we have ever experienced. We don’t usually go back to the same hotel it we are definitely booking for next year. The whole holiday was absolutely fantastic and I would recommend to anyone

Excellent service with a smile. Great food. Clean and comfortable. And most of all the staff really cared and looked after us. Beautiful location on the beach, clean and comfortable bedrooms with all that you need provided. Lively Poolside and great evening entertainment. We’re coming back here for our wedding!

After 11 visits to Kalithea Horizon Royal in Rhodes we did not think we would find a better late September holiday escape. Last September we stayed at the Tiu Blue Oceanis Beach and were that impressed we returned this September 21st for 14 nights. As in Rhodes the staff are what make this hotel what it is.. before departure we emailed the hotel as we wanted a top floor room that was quiet so even though the hotel gets about 75% return guests that potentially all have preferences we were over the moon as the same room as last year was allocated. So Themis and Sarina thank you very much for a great start to the holiday and massive shouts to Antonis, Fotini (enjoy your retirement) Leo, Chillers and Theodoros to name a few. Everything from comfort of bed, cleanliness of rooms, food quality, drinks and service was excellent so see you again September 25 with all my family this time... Roger & Lynda

This is such a calm and peaceful and beautiful waterside gem of a hotel. The updates have been lovely. Still a natural feel in gorgeous gardens. Beach and grass with the tamarisk trees. The team are fantastic. Antonis. Leo. Lily. Nikos. There are so many more. Such wonderful and welcoming team of people. So professional. Spotless everywhere. Fresh fresh food. Gorgeous salads. Fresh juice. The views. The moon. I could go on. We will be back as we do each year since we met. A special place. Heavenly.

In my opinion this is a very clean & definitely a friendly hotel. We have visited this hotel 2022 2023 & 2024. I can’t wait to return to this hotel again in 2025. The holiday is so relaxing & have made more happy memories. The staff are amazing the food is absolutely beautiful. The presentation of the food is unbelievable. The staff are very friendly & The head Chef & his team work so hard with their beautiful display of all meals spoilt & for choice. I can only imagine how hard they work behind the scenes. Thank you to everyone behind the scenes. I would like to mention a few names of the people who have made our holiday memorable ones again. ANTONIS FOTINI GEORGE LILLY CONSTANTIN VASILIS THEO ACHILLEAS LEO APOSTOLIC ORGESTIS ERNESTO LEO ONCE AGAIN THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR HOSPITALITY. I visited the hotel end of June 2024 with an all-inclusive package. What was provided was far from ‘inclusive’. This is rated 2 instad of 1 purely due to the service of the staff. On a positive, the staff are very polite and friendly and will certainly make you feel welcomed. They clearly work very hard and wear their smiles very well. A plus point for the hotel. Food is a bit boring after the novelty of a buffet has worn off over the first few days, however, the à la carte restaurants were worth the visit. It was very clear (and disappointing to discover) the massive difference in quality of food served at the buffet to that served à la carte. What really lets the hotel down is their quality of product; the ‘inclusive package’. 'Wine' is advertised as included, but you will find that it is practically bathtub brew from their own farm/vineyard estate, and it has more bite than pickled vinegar. Hotel guests were returning glasses of wine in favour of anything else. For anything palatable during your meal it will cost you upwards from 40 euro for a an actual bottle of wine (charged by the bottle). To be clear, this isn’t just in the à la carte restaurants. It’s everywhere all the time. If beer is your thing and you're looking forward to Mythos... think again. The only 'beer' included was again, homebrew (which I was informed by one of the hotel staff is a watery 2.5%. Far from refreshing). Skipping the beer and wine and going straight to cocktails? nope. The majority of cocktails are charged at a premium (standard cocktails that you would expect to be included like an Espresso Martini, Cosmopolitan, Long Island Iced tea and Mojito all will cost extra) at 8 euro per drink. The quality of product used on the inclusive cocktails is poor too. I watched a Pina Colada being made with pineapple-flavoured water. What might seem trivial, the quality of food and drink is a major consideration for a person considering all inclusive and for an expensive holiday such as this hotel, you would expect better quality. Disappointingly, this information is not provided clearly and in full in the TUI App, and despite several attempts at communicating with them to resolve this issue of misrepresentation, they have failed to honour any kind of price or quality promise. Don’t base your decision on what the TUI website says. Instead check the hotel website as the TUI one is incorrect. Anyone who values their tastebuds and their wallet/purse should avoid this hotel. There are several hotels in the area. I urge you to read the hotel reviews as I wish I had prior to booking and do not book here.

Absolutely love this hotel, staff cannot do enough for you. We are going back this year for our 3rd visit. Big choice of food, and plenty of choice for restaurants. Antoni, the restaurant manager, always makes everyone feel so welcome and goes out of his way to make you feel valued and relaxed for an enjoyable meal. Rooms are spotless and cleaned daily. The pool is pristine and gardens beautiful. Plenty of sun beds both round the pool, on the lawn and beachside. As I say, this will be our third time returning and cannot wait for one of the most relaxing holidays you can have.

I’m just getting ready to leave tomorrow after my second visit this year. I absolutely love the hotel and have already rebooked for next may. It will be my 4th visit. The foods great, the garden view pool suites are also great. We have stayed in blocks 1 and 2, and had zero problems with the air con etc. When we arrived last saturday the air con wasn’t working properly, we were told to wait until the morning. The air con is cool but it doesn’t seem to really come out properly and the rooms never cool, which doesn’t make for a nice time to sleep in. This never got sorted so we’ve just made do with it as we didn’t want to loose our pool room and be moved elsewhere. The hotels just a beautiful place to be, sunbeds etc are easy to get if you don’t have a pool room. Mrs Fotini is my favourite person and she looks after you so well, i will miss her next year The zia by night trip was well worth the money also!
