Sam the masseur did a great job. I booked a full-body massage, and it was very relaxing. From the moment I arrived, Sam made me feel welcome and comfortable. He was very friendly and professional, taking the time to ask about any areas of tension or discomfort before starting the session

Honestly great hotel, we spent 11 days here and I can recommend it to all. Although the animation was not running at full speed there is plenty to do and the staff really work at their hardest to provide you an unforgetable stay. Never a glass empty or a room not cleaned kudos to them!

Great massage, therapist really knew what she was doing. Nearly dozed off from relaxation. Ambiance was nice and relaxing. All staff was very friendly and pleasant. Would go another time, probably will do so again during my stay in kos....

I tried the Cretan massage with Aloe Vera at the spa and absolutely loved it. The therapist was super kind and made me feel comfortable right away. The whole experience was so relaxing!! the warm oil smelled amazing and the technique was something really different and special. I felt totally refreshed afterward. If you’re staying at the hotel, don’t miss it!

I visited the spa twice. The service I received was perfect. The staff at the reception and the therapist. I was taken care of by the lovely Katia. She was attentive and made me feel relaxed. I hope to come again soon. I will definitely recommend the place.

Very nice, Gentle massage. Fully profesional with best care from Tonia. Recommend for all tourists and hosts. I used to have traditional massage of full body, feet and face with oil. It’s last an about one hour. Hour of totally relax. Recommend

Arrived late, check in was quick and we were taken to our room in a golf buggy. As we were all inclusive and missed our evening meal they gave us sandwiches which me being vegetarian could not eat. I booked the holiday as a 30th birthday present for my daughter. Room was nice especially the mini bar which we took full advantage of. Big pool near the beach was the best pool and we could order drinks to our sunloungers via the app on our phones. The service was so much better than the main bar, which during the day we found even if we were the only people in the bar the staff still seemed to ignore us, was really hard to get another drink there. Food was great if you eat meat and fish, being a veggie I found it really hard to have a decent meal, I lived on pizza and salad most of the time. Breakfasts were the best, more choice. I personally didn't like the tip boxes scattered around the bar and dining areas, makes it look like the staff are begging people for money, I paid alot for the holiday being a 5 star hotel and all inclusive, and we have to pay tourist tax when check in, so didn't like the fact that they think we need to constantly pay for services we've already paid for. Hotel is in an area that is very quiet which for us was great but some people might not like it as there's no bars or restaurants nearby. Kos town is 20 mins on the bus across the road but the service is a bit inconsistent, we had to wait ages eventhough we got to the stop on time. Coming back we opted for a taxi which was 8 euros. Overall we enjoyed our holiday but being expensive, the food and staff problems i wouldn't be booking astir odysseus again.
