We was with our child on a holiday and we are not very happy after this accomodation. With a good things: modern swimming pool near the sea and eating area close to this pool, very very good pizza and polish animation. Bad things: we have for a 3 days room without working air conditioner, after that we change our rooms two times and AC working but on the wall we had a mold!!, also the old swimming pool looking bad and they need to renovate. The drinks are also taste badly.

We've just returned and it was definitely not up to the 4☆ standard we expect or have experienced at other resorts. The weather and beach were amazing which made our week bearable. We travelled with a 6 and 3 year old. We got to the hotel late in the evening. There was only one person checking in and were taken to room in a buggy. The main building is very tired as is the main pool area. Tiled floor which is broken in places and wooden bar from the early 90s. Room itself was modern but very compact. Issues in the room were a very leaky shower where water would enter main bedroom, patio door coming away from side and worse of all a balcony safety rail attached by one screw instead of 4 which our three year old was winding round (very dangerous). The onsite shop was well priced but barely any options lots of shelves empty. Pools are very cold but both children did enjoy going in them. Youngest child cut his foot in main pool area as the tiles were breaking apart. Older child had knee cut by screw ar kids club as table leg wasn't attached to it. Kids club was also only really colouring in. It has no proper entertainment area everything done on terrace by bar and cobsisted of speaker, TV screen and microphone. No singing just bingo, quiz, chaeacuture games very basic, not like shows / singers seen at other resorts. All cocktails tasted cheap and nasty. The food is edible but limited choice and no variation. Kids would only eat pizza and chips and normally they are more adventurous. The infinity pool eating area serves food between 12-5 but we were put off by birds landing on it and nothing being done to stop that. There is a bus to Kos about a 10 min walk out of the hotel which is €3.50 per person and children under 6 are free (need cash for bus fare dont take card). We enjoyed a day out in Kos Town. We wouldn't return without major improvements made to main building, main pool area, food variety and drinks quality. Also safety issues with balcony rails need addressing.

Wow, we are currently on our last day and have had the best time. After having the past three holidays over in Turkey we found this a very refreshing change. Firstly the staff really could not do enough for you, the pool bars, the restaurant staff and the cleaners all went above and beyond. Our room was clean everyday with fresh towels and a big bottle of water. We weren’t once hassled by any staff, no one tried to sell us anything and we were left to our own devices which is what we want. Everything was included, no hidden extras, we had a safe, wi fi and all cocktails and endless ice cream. The chefs worked tirelessly to keep all the trays full of food and we found a wide selection every meal. Also lovely coffee, porridge and lots of fresh fruit. Marvin and his team were amazing. We have an 11 year old and in past hotels he’s been to old for the kids clubs. Not here, he engaged with them everyday and really took a liking to Marvin, he was funny and had the biggest heart! All the kids and adults loved him. We hired a car from the hotel. After speaking to other guests it is slightly cheaper down the road but we didn’t have to pay a £1000 deposit, it was 65euro for the day and you’re fully insured. No excess to pay. We found the lady there very helpful and we had it for 12 hours which was plenty for us to drive round and explore the island. Big thank you to all the staff at the hotel for making our week away so stress free and chilled. Looking at other reviews people have commented about the state of the hotel. For us it was clean and that was the main thing. It’s an older hotel in some parts but there wasn’t any damp, the showers were hot and powerful and everywhere was nicely painted and it’s not overcrowded. We didn’t have to battle for sunbeds and there were plenty of space between everyone by the pool. Hopefully we will be back.

We stayed here from 12-oct - 22oct 2024. Overall the hotel is great - but with one big issue - there is a big on site sewage treatment plant next to the sea view rooms which smells indescribably bad. We paid for a family room with sea view, the room was modern, clean, well maintained, spacious and had a big balcony with a great view. This is essentially the premium block with the nicest rooms and the only block with sea views (which you obviously pay more for) - but for some reason the sewage treatment plant is a couple of metres directly next to it. The smell is out of this world bad of human excrement. One night the smell in our room was so bad we couldn't sleep. Its such a shame because it spoils a really lovely hotel. It's a problem which I guess can't be resolved as it wouldn't be practical to move it and would cost too much - but it really is a big issue. Other than that, the grounds are very picturesque, green and well maintained, the staff are all lovely and very friendly - they really were all excellent. The choice and variety of food was also very good. The private beach was well maintained and had free sunbeds and the pool area was great. There is another pool area which is more for kids which isn't quite as nice but still good for the kids. Location wise it's very remote - we went out a few times to some local towns and the taxis are expensive - around 20-25 euros each way to nearby places. There is a local bus to Kos town but it only comes every few hours and we didn't enjoy using it as it was crowded with queues of people trying to get on at both ends. Hiring a car is recommended and the hotel does have a nice big car park. There are no lifts in the hotel - so bear this in mind if you have kids and need to carry prams etc up 3 flights of stairs every time you need to go back to your room or perhaps try and book a ground floor room. Overall the hotel and the staff are lovely, but just because of the sewage plant I wouldn't return which is a real shame.

If you are going to listen to a review, then please listen to this and save your hard earned money and do not go to this hotel. There is an open sewer at the back of B Block which is classed as being the best rooms and the smell is disgusting. We arrived late at night and I was actually gagging at the smell, it was a mixture of poo and urine, we could not see the sewer works in the dark but in the morning you could see the whole thing. An actual sewerage system above ground, steaming and liquid swirling. We asked for a move and the Australian lady who was the hotel's customer service while at first seeming very nice, was clearly well versed in fobbing complaining holiday makers off. She said if we wanted a move away from the smell then we could only downgrade and we would have to sign something to say we agreed to this, we had already been there a couple of days and were only there for a week so we decided to stay in our room which at least had a sea view, as the rooms around the hotel, away from the smell, where quite honestly depressing. There was no entertainment and the main bar in the hotel was miserable, the pool bar was nicer at night but again no entertainment even though there was plenty of room there and every night it played to most awful AI generated music, so there was no ambience at all. Pool barman was lovely. Also the smell from the sewerage works drifted down to the pool bar and made it impossible to sit there. No ambience in restaurant either, the staff worked really hard and there was lots of choice, but just too much, if they had concentrated on quality rather than quantity it would been much better. At least you could not smell the sewer in the restaurant though. No Prosecco on all inclusive and no snack at all! We had a late flight home and the Australian lady promised us we could have a late checkout so that we could shower and change, but on the actual day we were told we could not have a late checkout, and the hotel did not provide a room for its guests to shower and change in. Again, customer service lady said there were showers in the hotel that we could use, but we later found out that was a lie. It was boiling and we were not getting picked up until 9 pm, so obviously we wanted to have a swim, so knew we would need a shower. When it came to getting our shower and getting changed, we asked reception where the showers were in the hotel as mentioned by customer service lady and they said there were none in the hotel and pointed outside, saying downstairs, turn right, we looked, could not see any showers, went back to reception, they again pointed, we still could not see them, went back again, reception staff basically looked totally bored and did not attempt to help at all. Turns out the showers they were talking about were in fact underneath the stairs and were showers being used by everyone at the hotel pool. There were two enclosed dark showers with no changing room, no air conditioning and a q

Been back almost two weeks so I've had time to evaluate and reflect on our 10 nights there, first impression was the hotel was looking a bit tired but that's my only negative. Check in was fine had to wait an hour for our room which wasn't a problem, take to our room in a buggy which was great, the room was spotless and kept that way by our cleaner all holiday. Everyday we spent by the infinity pool which was spotless, beds were readily available and comfortable. The service at the bar was brilliant during the day and nighttime, Lefterrace and the young girl behind the bar were brilliant, great chat and service. Food yes there was always pork but loads of other choices, the pizza's were fantastic. I was fine with the temperature of the food but my wife prefers her food steaming hot. Overall the six of us had a fantastic holiday, thank you.

We are 2 pensioners with disabilities and on arrival there was nobody outside to meet us. We were dropped off by the coach outside the hotel. We had about 15 steps up to reception and had to struggle with 2 cases and hand luggage as well as my walking stick and husbands crutch. We checked in and were taken by buggy with our luggage to our room which was quite a way from reception. As we walked up to the room there was a disgusting smell of sewage and realised we were right next to the hotel sewage plant! When we went into the room it was ok but very sparsely furnished. Open wardrobe space and only one drawer in the whole room! Luckily we could not smell the sewage in the room with the aircon on but as soon as it was off it was sickening. Also on the balcony we couldn’t smell it either which was a bonus. We had a lovely sea view but to the left we could see the beginnings of a new hotel being constructed and a digger. Luckily they weren’t working but still spoilt the view. So if you go to this hotel and book a junior suite (room in block B) hold your breath as long as you can until you get into your room. On a good point it was by the beach which is very small and on a slope ( uncomfortable on the sun loungers at an angle)and the infinity pool, pool bar that did snacks from 12.30 to 5.0 also drinks in the pool bar at night if you can stand the smell of the sewage! The sewage was actually overflowing one night when we went to our room and was running towards the bar and the kitchen where the food is made for the snack bar. The only good thing about this hotel was the food. Varied and well cooked. Overall I would not go back to this hotel. This was supposed to be a 4* but I wouldn’t have even given it a 3. More like a 2*

food very poor and drinks not much better staff very good, we booked a junior suite which was a decent room but daughter had to move with husband and children as toilet waste smell was so bad, too many stairs for children or people with disabilities, expected a lot better hotel for price we paid, had to eat out 4 of the 7 nights
